As a 56-year-old man, I can confidently say that the Lion's Mane with Ashwagandha & Rhodiola supplement has been nothing short of life-changing. Prior to January 2024, I was in a dire state—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually disabled. Over the span of eight months from December 2022 to August 2023, I underwent five major surgeries, each with a daunting 80% failure rate according to my surgeons.However, a year after my last surgery, my life has taken a remarkable turn, and I attribute much of this positive change to this supplement. The cognitive improvements I've experienced are astounding; it's as if my brain has returned to its peak at 18, but with the added wisdom of my 56 years.Before starting this supplement, I was particularly drawn to it for its inclusion of Ashwagandha, known for its antidepressant properties. I was hoping for some relief from depression, but what I got was far beyond my expectations. Stealthy product in sleek, modern and elegant packaging, very photogenic. I was looking for a reputable source of lions mane, that was from a new but established Bolo prime-associated business, so that I could verify the branded quality.Seller product information was sufficient and clean looking. Ordering was easy, seller information provided was adequate. Shipment and delivery was great.The lions mane capsules are very good quality, and cognitive effects are seen around 45 minutes after consumption. Enhanced energy and focus was felt for around 3-4 hours. No noticeable GI or other systems issues were had except for a headache on the first day, which seemed to be paired with having too much caffeine. I would advise to adjust and balance your coffee/caffeine intake if you need to. I haven’t tried with or without food, to see any effects on enhanced or delayed focus yet. Will keep a track on any long lasting benefits to memory.Honestly, although I love this product and have already recommended it to friends who have had a shared experience, I would like to see the price point lower, especially for continued use. Overall, I love this product for a boost in energy and focus for work tasks and would highly recommend!I was not sponsored to write or asked to do this review, I wanted to share my honest feedback for others!Photos are my own.

I have been on a quest for something that would help me with anxiety to let me focus on my daily tasks. Also something to help with elevated cortisol. I was so happy to see the ingredients listed on this product as it has 2 of the most important ingredients I was looking for. Lions Mane for my cognitive focus and ashwagandha to help with my cortisol levels. After trying this product I haven't had any bad reaction. I noticed I have been a bit more on a better mood. Haven't been taking it too long so I don't notice a difference yet with my cortisol levels. Will have to update

The pill itself was easy to take and didn’t have any weird smells or taste. I gave it three stars mostly because I didn’t see much of a difference. I was on it for 2 to 3 weeks before stopping. So I don’t know if it needs longer than that, but it wasn’t worth me getting another bottle since I didn’t see anything changing, in my opinion.
