I had purchased these to see if they compared to the garden of life probiotics for women that are slightly higher in price. I enjoyed the lower price for these, the added benefits for Ph balance and the higher probiotic content. Overall these worked well, you definitely feel a difference in your digestion and overall health. I would say I did not see a huge difference with bloating and discomfort, which is something the garden of life supplements definitely helped with. Overall I would say they are both very beneficial and comparable, but for me personally I would not repurchase I will be sticking with the garden of life since that is what works best. I still think these are worth a try and definitely a better value if you are taking these monthly.

TMI ahead…For some reason, after 37 years of regular bathroom habits, I am suddenly the kind of person who won’t have to go for days at a time. It’s not constipation just don’t feel the need even though I have been eating. So essentially I’m just walking around full of … well you get the picture.After my doctor brushed off this sudden change as “no big deal” I decided to do something about it. I found this probiotic during a random Bolo search and let me just say it works wonderfully. Some people have mentioned stomach pain and other similar side effects, but I have not experienced any negative effects. It is completely worth the money I spent on it and then some considering I am back to normal with the morning routine!

I typically switch brands of probiotic based on what's availible and what is in my price range for the month, but I think I will continue to order this brand because it is pretty affordable and contains prebiotics, D-mannose, and even cranberry as well. Good stuff!
