Works well.Pros:Price, for as well as it works, great price.Lightweight, so ideal for transporting.Built in cord, dual USB C and AFastQuietIf it is important to you, a nice looking piece of kitCarry bag is a nice touch.Cons:Feels a bit cheap, being all plastic. As with any electronic device dropping would be bad, but this feels like it could break a bit easily. But if permently on desk really not an issue.Lightweight, pushing disc carriage in can cause the drive to slide, a better set of feet would help (I added two rubber, non-slip ones, makes a big difference to me at least).Kinda short cord, and being attached could be an issue if damaged.With the disappearance of DVS's and CD's and rise of Streaming and online delivery, this drive should be perfect do 98% of folks needing access to discs, and at a terrific price.

I like how easy was to use. Was just plug and play into my daughter's mini mac computer. She was able to right away able to save her 1000's of pictures as a back up without any issues. She also has been impressed with burning cd's of her favorite music.It came well packaged and fully functional.

This thing has not been working right ever since I bought it. I put a blank disc in to burn and it is not spinning to get a song I purchased from iTunes. It has sporadically worked but it’s more frustration than anything. I wouldn’t mind if it took a couple of times, but it goes beyond 10 times to get it to do what its purpose is. Don’t buy it. Get a different brand. Now I have to spend more money to get another one! It’s not even a year old! The price is right but I guess it goes to show that it is cheaply made!

I didn’t realize laptops don’t really come with cdroms anymore. This is compact and easy to use. The value for the product was appropriate. It comes in a nice little bag to store as well.

This little machine is rather cheaply made. The door fell off the first time I used it. However I was able to snap it back on. Anyway, it hooks up easily to PC and plays discs just fine, so there you go!
My windows 11 Desktop doesn't even see it.
I plugged it in to my all in one desktop and my desktop doesn't even see that I plugged something in. Even in my file manager, it doesn't show anything plugged in. I'd already downloaded a video player. Going to send it back. The description says it is good for Windows 11, but on the box it only goes up to Windows 10. Not sure if I got a faulty one, or if it simply won't work on Windows 11.
