This is absolutely excellent makeup for oily or acne prone skin. It keeps my skin clear vs other expensive foundations. I also like how it dispenses so you don't waste product because it is quite expensive. This is a repurchase for me. It has a thick feel to it on the skin, almost like when you apply primer and foundation too, so takes some getting used to but the skin feels hydrated all day and healthy.

The media could not be loaded. This BB Cream passed the ultimate test for me, staying true to color & wearing strong for 6 hours *outdoors in August temps* through an alt rock concert in Miami. It was hot & humid, and I was sweating buckets all night, but this foundation and the waterproof powder I used to set it, did not budge.Now, I do not advocate for sleeping in your makeup ever, but that night I fell asleep with this on. The next morning my skin looked fantastic! It looked better than it does when I've done my entire evening skincare before bed. I was obvs shocked, but equally impressed! I have mature skin with a host of issues - I'm sensitive & product reactive, dry skinned & perpetually dehydrated; I have Malessezia Folliculitis (fungal acne) and still deal with hormonal breakouts. This product has a serum based formula full of skin loving ingredients that are non-comedogenic & fungal acne safe. This is the only foundation that hasn't caused me any problems, but actually made my skin better.Bolo's algorithm suggested the shade Blanc for me, and it's a great match for my skin tone. This BB gives light to medium coverage, with a very hydrating base that dries down slightly dewy. It has a gorgeous, radiant, skin-like finish and can be built up with a second layer to provide a little more opacity if you wish. This product is by NO means what I would consider "full coverage", as the manufacturer claims. Personally, that's okay with me; I wanted a medium coverage buildable BB, and that's exactly what I got.This BB cream provides a sun protection factor of 30 through the use of mineral filters, zinc oxide & titanium dioxide. Lira's focus for skincare & makeup is in using high grade, quality ingredients that are proven effective to generate remarkable results. I ordered this thinking it would blend with my skin color. It is too light. I ordered the medium to blend with. The light color under and around the eyes and medium for rest of my face. It feels a little oily to me. I take very good care of my face but as I age it tends to get dry quicker. With that being said I had to let this product sit on my face and "soak in" before I put any finishing powder on. When I was all done I felt ok with it. Later in the day when I was presenting at an engagement I noticed my eyeliner was bleeding. I looked like I was going through menopause again and my makeup was melting around my eyes. Here's the problem where I went wrong....I showered and put my eye cream and moisturizer as I usually do. I patted over my face and under and around my eyes with a tissue to remove anything that might need matting. I had a cup of coffee and put the foundations on with a beauty sponge. Noticed it needed to set before I finished my makeup. Word to the wise. I don't think you need to put moisturizing products or eye products on before applying this foundation. Because it just melted my eyeliner I don't think I will be wearing this product with full makeup. It would probably be good for just a fresh look with foundation, light blush and a little mascara. Good for sunny 😎 conditions. But the price....wow is it high. It's more expensive here on Bolo than most other places. I just can't justify an $81 pricetag for a special foundation unless it's prescription. I am a past burn victim so I know a little about that topic. All in all it's a decent product. There's just a learning curve for sure. But that price....smh. A coupon sure would soften the blow!

I have always loved the more minimal look when it comes to makeup, and I’m lucky to have decent skin that just has the random breakout and redness every so often. So I always tend to go for BB and CC creams, though sometimes a good light or medium finish foundation is called for. Having never heard of this brand and it being so expensive I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest.But I’m super glad I was able to try this Lira Clinical BB Brite 30 because it is legit the best BB cream I have ever used!First off this is very minimal coverage, it’s only going to help with a bit of redness to even your skin out and that’s about it. Which is exactly what I like! It has a nice shimmer to it that makes your skin glow, but it doesn’t look glittery or anything like that.This is definitely for more dry to combo skin, if you have oily skin it’s definitely not for you. I say this because it has an almost balmy feel to it once it’s on, but it’s not heavy feeling either. This means that it doesn’t settle into fine lines and looks gorgeous on aging skin, especially if your skin is on the dryer side.The only complaints I have is about the packaging, and honestly I probably should remove a star for this but I love the formula so much that I don’t want to. First the packaging feels very cheap considering the over $80 price tag on this BB cream.Also it does not pump out with the included pump. The formula is just way to thick for the pump and it’s impossible to get it to come out. I usually end up using a clean makeup spatula to get it out. Other than the packaging this stuff is fantastic for dry, aging skin!
