5.0 out of 5 stars It is well built, strong, and easy to put together.
For the price this desk is, it's unbeatable! I really needed a desk I could keep at my mom's house. I have been driving to her house frequently, which is in another state and working from her house so that I could help with her care. I needed a mobile desk so I could work there, but one I could tuck away when I was not there. I love being able to move around my mom's house to where it's most convenient to work, and yet it is small enough to easily tuck it out of the way when I'm not there or I'm not using it. I love that the front and back are separate pieces and adjustable heights. I can utilize it in so many different configurations while standing or sitting. It is well built, strong, and easy to put together. I love that the pieces were well labeled and all the screws were in individual bags labeled as well. This helped putting it together a ton!! It's very comfortable to use while standing or sitting. Great desk and I I highly recommend it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works For My Purposes
Pros: This is a relatively sturdy, functional little desk with lots of organizational potential. It was very easy to assemble. The instructions were thorough (although the English text needs grammatical revision) The illustrations were specific and clear to comprehend. The compact design seems well thought out, and I like the accessory accommodations for headsets, peripheral wires, drinks, computer tower, etc. Cons: The drink holder doesn’t appear that strong, as it just clips onto the side of the desk, but I haven’t tried placing anything in it yet. The casters are CHEAP. They only roll on my hardwood floors if there is no weight on the desk. Put something on it, like a computer tower and skidddd. I had to buy replacement casters.
4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty decent basic standing desk
As far as standing desks go, this is a fairly basic version. It's small (which I wanted) and requires manual adjustment to change the height (as opposed to the fancy push of a button automatic risers). I'm using it in a permanently raised position and would probably not consider it if I wanted to change it frequently as the adjustment is a bit awkward and has the potential for some finger/palm injuries as you're trying to line up both sides evenly and find the holes to push the pins through. That being said, once it's in the raised position it's pretty good. It's not super sturdy, but holds up well with a Macbook sitting on the back shelf and a keyboard and mouse on a slightly lower front shelf. The front shelf is split into two separate sections that can be angled differently. The pictures show the smaller section (where the mouse might go) on the right and on the left side in different configurations, so I assumed it was interchangeable. I use my mouse left-handed, so wanted to have the smaller section on the left. When assembling, the instructions clearly indicated it had to go on the right and when I tried to switch it to the left, the holes didn't line up at all. I found a workaround that allowed it to go on the left, but it's less sturdy as a result. So, if you're left-handed and want your mouse on the smaller section, be aware that it's not designed to be put together that way.Overall, I'm fairly pleased with the desk given the low price and the fact that it serves its intended purpose. I added a walking pad (small treadmill) underneath and it fits nicely between the desk legs.
5.0 out of 5 stars Convenient and easy to assemble.
It’s a good product for the price.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very affordable and well built!
I like that I can adjust the height and there is plenty of room to work with my laptop!
1.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely disappointed
I am SO upset with this desk. When i finally was able to put it together, the last step was to lock in the height. Which honestly is such a frustrating task all in itself. Very flawed design, and I imaging I would keep this set in one height because it’s hard to align and place the pegs. Anyway, when I went to place the very last peg to secure the height, I find that the holes do not align and I can’t even place the peg. And also, the BACK of the pole also was not thoroughly punch through so even if I were able to push the peg through the first hole, it would never be secure due to the fact that it can’t go all the way through because there is no exit hole. Also, I took over an hour to set up….so returning it would be even more of a hassle due to the fact that I would have to take apart. I am livid and honestly should have read and took the rest of the reviews more seriously!! What an absolute waste of time AND money. I’m going to try to find a smaller peg maybe that will make do for now and hope it works.
3.0 out of 5 stars Great table. Bad quality check.
Delivery was great. Even the packaging was great which is why I was surprised to see that one of the tables had been damaged. I checked the box to see if the piece had chipped off maybe during delivery but none to be found which means the table was damaged prior to being boxed. By the time we saw the chipped table, my son had already finished assembling the table. And this chipped table was at the bottom of the box. Needless to say, I didn't want my son to go through the trouble of disassembling it. Overall, it is a nice table but I am disappointed that it came to me damaged.
5.0 out of 5 stars Life Saver!
I work from home and have back problems. Sitting for long periods of time can make it seize up, even with ergonomic seating options. I tried the desk converter that allowed me to raise and lower the whole computer if I wanted to sit and stand, but I had two problems with it:1. It was too easy to sit for a long time without realizing it.2. To put the keyboard at a comfortable height, I had to lower the screen as well - 2 separate shelves, but connected - so I would get neck strain and headaches. This desk let me adjust the keyboard separately from my monitors so that I could move the monitors high enough up to look at them straight-on and not have to look down. It was easy to put together, and it’s just sturdy enough that it’s a little bit of a pain to raise and lower, especially now that I have cords affixed to different places. This is what I wanted, though - it forces me to stand.I have had this for nearly 6 months now, and I am so thankful I found this product! I’m already losing weight and feeling better!
