The fabric is a nice weight and pretty opaque. As others have mentioned, it arrived folded with creases that don’t want to come out. I tried someone’s suggestion to throw it in a dryer with a damp towel, but even with that treatment the creases persisted. I’ve been hanging it for a while and that seems to be helpful. A fussy person would definitely want to iron this thing.

Love the ease of sliding it onto my backdrop pole instead of using clips. Beautiful color and had good weight. Thick material so you cannot see through. There was a bit of wrinkles on it but could have easily used a steamer to get it out. I liked how one side was shiny and the other was matte. So you got your choice ok which one to use depending on lighting. Highly recommend!

It's convenient to suspend from a horizontal pole, and the advertised dimensions are at least roughly accurate. I use it indoors as a video backdrop, good enough for video calls and social media for fun, but it won't provide a pure black background without very careful attention to lighting. The photo shows the sheen from top to bottom as it appears in my video stream.The backdrop is made from a thin lightweight fabric that feels like pure polyester and attracts dust, so keep it off the floor. It is hemmed all the way around and has a pole sleeve along its long edge. Putting it in the dryer with a damp towel for five minutes at low heat removed most of the visible creases it had out of the bag. Made in China.It is good enough for amateur purposes, but if you are a pro looking for a deep flat black without a sheen, you won't find it at this price. On the other hand, for under $20 it is a convenient and affordable solution for windless places if you can manage or don't mind its sheen.
Essentially a bed sheet
Much thinner than expected -- comes in a very small, thin parcel, and folds out to little more than a bed sheet. Made the mistake of reading "high density" and thinking "thick" and "heavy gauge" -- it'll likely let any and all light pass through and hence won't work for my purposes. Inexpensive, but with good reason. Will need to replace with something else.
