I have had this keyboard less than 5 months and the keyboard is typing extra letters and not working properly. I am very disappointed with this purchase.10/7/24 UpdateRedThunder replaced my keyboard and mouse combo. I really appreciate that they took care of me and the issue that I was having. I have given them 5 stars for this.

I've been using this keyboard and mouse for a bit over a week. It only took about 2 hours for both the keyboard and mouse to fully charge from its initial partial charge, which is fairly reasonable. For the price, this really is a wonderful keyboard and a considerable upgrade from my old one. There is one HUGE issue though when considering that this is advertised as a gaming keyboard.Pros:- Easy to follow setup instructions- Comfortable to use for extended periods of time- Adjustable mouse sensitivity- Easy keycap removal and attachment- Affordable price pointCons:- Only rainbow LED options, no solid color- NO SCROLL LOCK!!!The lack of scroll lock is a HUGE oversight. I understand that there needs to be a way to toggle the LED color, but not overwriting an entire average keyboard function. There could have been another toggle switch/button or another hotkey including Fn like the LED brightness change. The scroll lock key is a default hotkey for a function in an MMO I play, so I am going to have to make a new hotkey and relearn some muscle memory.Also, while this is a nitpick in comparison, I feel it's a missed opportunity that the LEDs are so vibrant, even including a pastel scheme, but I can't make the board purely one color. Maybe that could have been implemented with a different way to toggle the LED.If you need a keyboard that feels good and does all your basic functions while looking sleek, I do still highly recommend this keyboard. Just keep the lacking scroll lock key in mind.

I was skeptical about this keyboard and mouse. It's wireless and requires charging. I didn't think it would last 3 hours on a single charge. Boy was I wrong. Maybe it because I don't continuously mashing key or moving the mouse as often. But straight out the box, It last almost a whole week without charging. I'm impressed.

Bolo sent an Opened box (clear sticker seals were broken upon receipt) and while keyboard worked (but needed as it was low on battery) the mouse was dead. Tried charging 4 times (which was done with power on off position) with the blue light on until it was off (indicating it was charged). Mouse lasts a good 10 minutes and dead again. Do yourself a favor and spend more on a higher quality product. Going to try calling their support today to see if they will send a replacement else, I will return and spend the money a better product. After looking on the box and through all the product documentation, they have no technical support phone number. The only way you can reach them is via email after googling their Website (support@redthunder.online). Bummer!***UPDATE***After posting my initial review, I requested a replacement from a previously opened item through the website. I received a NEW replacement as requested and the new keyboard/mouse was received (without broken seals). The new mouse took several hours to charge (unlike the first item received and also was set to the off position unlike the first one). The new keyboard was in the on position as that took several hours to initially charge as well. I've been using the new mouse/keyboard with no issues at all. Working like a champ and both were not dead after many hours of use the day before. Thank you Bolo for making it right and for shipping me an unopened replacement!

Reasonable Product Reasonably Priced
This is not a high end product but better than the basic keyboard / mouse combo. This is value for money and very competitive to products of similar pricing. This is a reasonable buy for a mid-level keyboard / mouse. And acceptable as entry level setup for daily gaming.Materials - Reasonable. The keyboards I've used with better materials tend to cost 2x this. So this is fair.Ergonomics - Reasonable. Its standard layout and standard key size, so neither too cluttered, nor taking up too much space. The key press is not top end, but still better thanDesign - As a personal taste, I appreciate merging the KB and mouse into a singular receiver. If you lose the mouse or the KB, a replacement mouse (or KB) can pair with surviving piece, but I have not tested this. The KB and mouse has their own built in rechargeable battery, so you don't need to buy batteries.The keys are raised as opposed to buried in a ditch. This makes cleaning far easier and stuff doesn't get trapped in those gaps as easily.Lighting - Personally, not a fan of this lighting style. I prefer lighting of a single color than this rainbow style. Although I am aware that many manufacturers also use this style.Recommendation to buyers: If you don't already have a power bank, get one. When your battery is low, just connect to the power bank and keep playing.Overall this is a good buy.

I didn't want to spend $250 on a gaming keyboard, so the price is right, let say that because of my habit and my age I find the design different, all in all it do the job very well, I do sim racing at night in a dark room so I needed backlight touch over a black keyboard with black touch...No issue to install or get the light going, just read the instructions the only downside so far is me, I am quite sure there is light for the mouse but didn't find the way to activate it, did not do my homework tho.The keyboard is responsive and the mouse as well, actually work better than my Logitech one so it's a plus.So far very happy and recommended the product
Keyboard stopped charging up! Very disappointed!!!
I liked that the keyboard lit up. However, I was only able to use it once as the next time I put it to charge it just didn't charge at all. There is only a 30 day period to try out this product so I am now stuck with something that doesn't work at all. The mouse work but it is not very ergonomic. There also does not seem to be a way to contact the seller so I am leaving this review to let everyone know not to purchase this product. Or if you do, make sure that you get the extended warranty as there is not enough time in 30 days to try this product out.
