This is much thinner/slimmer and much more attractive than the other top seller on Bolo that I bought first. It looks beautiful on my desk. Definitely heats up just as much as my prior coffee warmer. I like that it doesn't have dumb features I don't need, like the last one I had that had a sensor and would turn off and on every time I took my cup off to take a sip. As a result, it broke in less than six months. This one has only one button. Push once for hot; push again for less hot; push again to turn off. Beautiful. On top of that, Garmee's customer service is excellent. The first one I got arrived with a tiny chip or crack. I messaged them to ask if it was still safe to use. They responded right away and immediately offered to send me a new one, which showed up less than two days later. For now, I'm very impressed all around with this product and the company. The only suggestion I'd have to improve it is to slightly increase the height of the "feet" between the bottom of the warmer and the desk. I only say this because I have a walnut desk, and the warmer definitely heats up a lot (which is good, for the purpose I need it for!) and heats up the desk a fair amount. So far it hasn't damaged the wood, but just in case, I stuck a coaster under it, and it's fine now. I will say though that the prior warmer I had did the exact same thing, so this is still probably the best option on the market right now.

I really loved this coffee warmer, it did a great job keeping my coffee warm in a cold room. I liked the look and it seemed well built. The touch control was nice and responsive. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it stopped heating. The light on the touch control still worked (red for high, blue for low), but there was no heat whatsoever coming out of the unit. I tried unplugging, and tried moving it to another outlet, but it is definitely dead. I bought this one to replace another brand that had stopped working after about 6 weeks. It seems that many of these units are built cheaply and were not made to last.Update: right after I posted my review, I was contacted by Garmee. They immediately shipped me a new cup warmer, and it arrived in just a couple days. Excellent customer service, and I love this cup warmer.

At first this worked great but about a month in it stopped producing heat. I contacted them and was offered a replacement or a refund. I liked it a lot and thought maybe I just got a bad one so I picked replacement. The new one has now worked for just about the same amount of time and no longer heats. So probably it's just not a well made product.Edit: months later I tried to use this again and now it reliably works amazingly every time. I don't know why but I'm happy about it!

It's slim and looks good on my desk. The dual temperature settings is nice and is easily toggleable between high, low, and off (capacitive touch button). Keeps liquid hot, and even heats it up if you give enough time and don't have a full cup. It does get a bit hot on the bottom of the device, but only a problem if you have a sensitive surface you are setting it on...can use a large cork coaster if you are concerned.The only downside is that it doesn't always start heating up when turned on...if I hear it making noises I know it won't get hot and fix it by banging it on its side a couple times against the desk (while still turned on) and then it starts heating, lol. Without fail, it has worked every time after banging the side against the desk.

I have been using a Mr. Coffee warmer for years. It is very basic but works very well. I wanted a replacement that was more modern and nicer looking. I have tried other brands which did not last long. I always went back to my old Mr. Coffee. Then I found this warmer. I only use the high setting. No sliding on/off switch like the Mr. Coffee has. This has a touch sensitive "button" and it does not make any noise when turned on or off. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. I usually turn it off after 4-5 hours so I have never let it go and turn off by itself. I would definitely buy this again.

This coffee warmer was easy to use. it had two settings and warmed up my coffee pretty well, except one day it just decided not to work. It turned on, but no longer heated up. I'm purchasing a coffee warmer from somebody else :/

The media could not be loaded. This works but does best with a completely flat bottom. Ceramic mug that I have works but not as well as something that has a completely flat bottom. Adjustment for two temperature settings. Doesn't slide on the desk but it has a nice smooth top

Great coffee warmer. I like how it stays on even when you lift your cup off to take a drink. Other coffee warmers have an auto-turn off switch when the cup is lifted off. It's a cool feature in theory, but some don't work very well. I like that I can control the on/off of this coffee warmer with a button.I bought one of these for my wife so that she can keep her coffee warm throughout the morning while she's working on projects or taking care of our baby. She said it doesn't keep her coffee as hot as she would like, but it does keep it from getting cold. If you like to drink your coffee warm (as opposed to piping hot), you'll love this little device. If you're a "piping hot" coffee or tea drinker, you'd probably be better off finding a quality thermos that keeps a drink piping hot for several hours.

Update: I have now had this excellent warmer for quite some time. Other warmers didn't last very long. I said that it takes a while to warm up, but that's with a fair bit of cold milk. Now with a steamer there is no problem. In fact on its low setting (blue light) it keeps the coffee plenty warm. I'm still using the metal flat bottom cup. The problem, I think, with other warmers is that they burn out, that the element gets too hot. I went through a few of those in short order. So really, to have a warmer (and not a heater) is really a smart idea from the company. I haven't tried a flat bottom ceramic cup yet so I can't speak to that.Before I was I am changing my review to 5 stars. I've had it for a few days and it's excellent. The stumbling block turned out not to be real. When. gifting you can either supply a metal cup (flat bottom) or tell the person it needs one.The coffee warmed up fairly quickly and when the cup was half full I turned it down from the red setting (hot) to the blue setting (warm). All good at least it worked well for me.
Love the product
I bought this for my mum for her birthday as she always forgets about her tea and lets it go cold, so this has been such a useful thing for her to have! It works so well and is great that it has two different heat settings you can put it on.
