I bought this mascara most because I was curious. I like the brand already but was looking to try something new. Honestly, I was surprised how much I like it. I use the more rubbery side first to get definition and then the traditional side for volume. I do wish the little bristles on the defining side were a bit more substantial but it still works well enough. The formula is the same as their others so if you like anything in this line you will likely be pleased. For this price and quality, I will happily buy this again.

I'm in my 50's, so I've tried all kinds of mascara over the years but this is definitely one of my favorites. It doesn't smudge or flake off during the day and it dramatically lengthens my lashes. One coat has them touching my glasses! The two sided brush makes applying easy and gets every lash coated and combed. I didn't need to wipe off the brush at all when I opened it for the 1st use. I'll definitely buy more when this runs out.

Decent black mascara if you are looking for a daily driver. Limited smudging, only when you get teary or overly sweaty. Easy to apply, and looks good.

I love this brand’s primer so decided to try this mascara due to the wand. It is a wonderful formula! The brush is very interesting! Love that there’s two sides as so many times using one mascara I’ve thought, “This would be great if the brush was more fluffy” or “This would be great if the brush had more bristles to define lashes”. Takes a little getting used to but it’s fantastic! Wish the brush was a little bigger though. Maybe that would make it a little more user friendly? Otherwise will definitely be buying again!

When you open a fresh tube of mascara there is a sense of excitement. Especially if it is a brand and or style you have never used. This is my fourth time trying Essence. The first two tubes were great then I veered off to try other types of their mascara. And I have to say that I am not very happy with them. I have them to be on the dry side. The fiber one was particularly dry even the second tube they sent me. This one was much better in comparison but compared to L'Oreal Voluminous mascara there is not much product in the container, and I need to apply 5 or 6 layers of mascara compared to the Voluminous.

The media could not be loaded. I read all the great reviews and decided to try it. Sadly, it just wasn’t great. I liked the wand and all and easy application, but I felt I had to use several coats to even see a difference. It doesn’t clump, but also doesn’t add much volume. It’s a no for me

Works good. I used it every day. It’s starting to get clumpy now, but I found out that you can put some castor oil in it to make it not so clumpy. I’m getting due to order another one.

Contre toute attente ( vu le prix) il tient parfaitement bien. J'ai tendance à me frotter souvent les yeux et me retrouve rapidement avec des 'yeux de pandas' (certes, c'est mignon les pandas). Ce n'est pas le cas ici. Démaquillage facile, brosse originale. Après avoir utilisé bon nombre de mascara, dont des grandes marques, définitivement c'est celui qu'il me faut
Beste Wimperntusche aller Zeiten
The media could not be loaded. Ich liebe diese Wimperntusche so sehr, die steckt echt jedes andere Produkt (auch die teuren) in die Tasche! Leider finde ich sie nicht mehr im Drogeriemarkt, deshalb hab ich sie hier gleich auf Vorrat bestellt.Die Bürste ist leicht geschwungen, die oberen Borsten sind länger und dichter als die unteren, damit kann man die oberen Wimpern wunderbar tuschen. Die unteren Wimpern werden dann logischerweise mit den kürzeren Borsten bearbeitet, dann verschmiert auch nix unter den Augen…man kann natürlich beide Seiten für oben und unten benutzen, aber so hat es sich bei mir auf jeden Fall bewehrt. Sie hält den ganzen Tag und die Farbe ist richtig schön tiefschwarz, ohne dass die Wimpern irgendwie seltsam glänzen. Wasserfest ist sie nicht, abschminken kann man sie abends ganz leicht mit herkömmlichen Reinigungsprodukten.Werde auf jeden Fall weiterhin nur diese Wimperntusche benutzen und falls sie irgendwann nicht mehr verfügbar ist, helfen nur noch Wimpernextensions… ;-)
