We had another brand in our store. After 1 year, the soap ate through the metal. This product is great because it has a plastic liner that prevents the soap from contacting the metal. Great product!

We bought several of these and had a couple fail (the pump). They were replaced under warranty. The rest of them are now failing - they apparently don't like "softsoap" - which our clients prefer. It's too thick for the pump apparently.

This soap dispenser is well-constructed, featuring a stainless steel exterior and a plastic interior to prevent rusting, which I appreciate. The pump functions smoothly, and even after a year and a half of constant use, it still performs well. However, I have to dock it to 3 stars due to one design flaw: the placement of the spout where the soap dispenses. Despite having about an inch of liquid soap left inside, I find myself needing to refill it prematurely. I'm considering filling it with epoxy resin to address this issue. My main frustration arises when I want to switch to a different soap, as I have to waste what's already inside. Overall, it's a decent dispenser with room for improvement.
