We have had this set for 2-3 years and it’s been great. We love the look and it all functioned well. After 2ish years of using them the coffee maker won’t work at all? All buttons light up but it never makes coffee. Is this the length of time an $80 (replacement cost) appliance works now? Our old set worked for over a decade. We just upgraded for the look when we moved to a new house. 😓 such a bummer

I have e-mailed the designated person from technical support and the manufacturers website as well; to no avail.The coffee machine will not stop dripping coffee when the carafe is pulled from the machine. The spring mechanism that's supposed to seal upon removing the carafe will not seal. Consequently, coffee drips, spatters all around, and burns to the heating plate.A clean brew and nice to look at machine.
