Dispenser looks great on sink. Works flawlessly after getting the soap primed in line. Love this dispenser...love the anti-siphon plug installed in line. Installing takes a little time bc of the location of hole on kitchen sink. $$ is also good and satin SS matches our faucet.

This is well made and looks great with my new faucet. I used a Softsoap bottle of soap from Costco and had to trim about 18" from the hose and set it on a 9" box so it was closer to the valve in order to get the soap to come out. And I had to press a couple hundred times. But this morning, the soap was still there!

I bought this dispenser after trying (and failing) to install a different one. The long threaded pipe made reaching it under the sink much easier! So far, it works flawlessly. Good value for the money

No more ugly bottle of dish soap taking up counter space! Watered the soap down quite a bit the first time, but when that ran out I just swapped in a new jug of soap and it sucked it up no problem.

Nice produce but needs a bit of ingenuity to install
Good value for money and once working, they are very good, so far, with limited time to assess. But, when they arrived and I went to install I ran into two problems - first, on my soap dispensers, the tube could not replace the existing tube - however, and fortunately, I was able to connect the new tube to the old tube by sliding it over and so far so good. The second problem is that the various stoppers for bottles don't come in a size that fits my needs - so, I had to drill a hole in the cap of my soap bottle and then insert the tube - again, so far so good
Loses prime
Takes way to long to get soap, loses prime way too often. Great in theory but in application it fails. Probably just going to build a shelf for the jug to sit on with the standard dip tube.
