These stationery papers and envelopes are exactly as pictured with the watercolor theme in various colors. The paper is thick so the ink does not bleed through and the envelopes are well made. I've sent a few letters to my friends because getting a handwritten note is fun :) I highly recommend this set!

The designs are nice. The printing is clean. Design and coloring does not overpower writing. There is no noticeable coating on the paper, so writing with fountain pen or ball pen works well without "slippery" spots. Even on printed area.Works well with fountain pen ink without bleeding or feathering (spreading) and ink dries fairly quickly without smudging.One side is printed and the other side is clear. I write on the clear side to avoid bumping into rather printing.Good paper thickness and quality appropriate for letter writing.The box is attractive.Makes a good gift with the box.

Envelope designs match the writing paper.I personally plan to use this paper to write letters to my unborn child during and after pregnancy as they grow up.
