Very nice suction cup camera mount. Make sure that the cups are clean and free of debris and also that your car hood (or whatever surface) is also clean. I have used this to shoot motion shots with a 5 pound camera/lens setup at highway speeds. Also, you can unscrew one leg and cup and use that by itself. I’ve done that to attach a small camera hanging upside down from the sunroof from inside a vehicle. Recommended.

This thing is very sturdy and the cups are super strong. This is not going anywhere once you lock the cups in. Not something that i use often but nice to have when you need it and the price was right.

Alright, so starting off, I wanted to get some cinematic car shots but didn't want to spend a kidney and 4 toes to get a professional rig. So I got this! Honestly, I'm impressed with how well it holds up. I've (allegedly) gone 80mph with this thing sucked up to the side of the car and my camera (Sony A6400) with a Smallrig Cage and 18-105mm lens in landscape orientation (Portrait, if the mount is sitting vertically) and gotten pretty decent results. The suction cups stick extremely well to a clean surface and the head stays in place while moving at "higher" speeds. My only beef with this mount is where the camera gets mounted. There's a little metal piece that you connect the camera to via screw (what you'd typically find on a tripod) and that screws comes loose pretty easily, even if you've tightened it down with the force of your dead forefathers. while the gyroscopic part of the head will stay in place no matter where you point, the metal slider thing just cannot bear the weight of the camera with the full lens and gittup. Just don't hit too many bumps and you're fine.

Finally got around to mount this for a mountain drive on my car using insta360 camera with a selfie stick. The suction power was actually really good except for the part where you mount the selfie stick literally split in half and I wasn't even driving fast or is the selfie stick super long. Also part where you set the rotation, no matter how much you tighten with small bump it becomes loose causing your camera to swing everywhere. If you had plan to mount this on your car to do video shoots. 1/10 suction 10/10

its working pretty well. I slapped it on the front lower side of my bumper and took it on the freeway. the grip was very strong and even when I was taking it off, it was a good tug to take off. I am happy with is. I will let you know how I feel in 6 months.

I searched for a while cause I heard a lot of mounts had plastic locking mechanisms, and they came loose easily. I heard this one did not have plastic locking points inside the balls that it locks onto.Held up on my C6 Corvette with an aluminum extension arm and a gopro or insta360 on the highway.

Really Sturdy
The media could not be loaded. Used it for a whole car videoshoot, made sure i cleand my door really good and got the 3 section cups on. It is really sturdy and my shots where perfect, the ball head didn't move at all and i was confident putting my a7ii on it. I still used a strap to hold the camera to the door just incase anything would happen but even when driving 80km/h it wouldn't budge. I'd confidently go that speed again and if you change the head, you could put a fluid head and control the camera while rolling. Totally recommand this product.
Stays on the car when on the track.
It's a lovely product, really secured at high speeds.
