This supplement worked very well for the first few weeks I used it. I made thnemistake of using it every night. Now, I am immune from its effects. This is NOT the products fault but my own. I can say that it worked very well before I made my mistake and I recommend this product for occasional insomnia. Give it a try.

I was planning to travel out of the country and wanted to minimize jet lag by sleeping on the plane. I don't fly first class so sleeping in economy is tough! I purchase this supplement to try it out. It helped me sleep for the majority of the 8.5 hour flight and it helped me regulate my sleep when I was out of the country and when I got back home. I took this in combination with two other supplements.

I have tried other types of apigenin but they usually have other ingredients. I like that this one does not have L-theanine (for some reason L-theanine doesn't agree with me). It does help some with sleep and even more when taken with magnesium. It isn't a miracle pill but does help me somewhat.

I found Apigenin by accident. Although I've long known about chamomile's calming effect, I did not know of the extract. Research into other users' experience on Bolo with it encouraged me to try it. It has indeed helped me to get more restful sleep.I take 1-2 capsules before bed and find it relaxes me sufficiently that deep breathing and other techniques help me to sleep quickly. I'm retraining myself to sleep through the night, but even so, taking Apegenin helps me to get back to sleep more quickly than before. I feel ZERO side effects, nor do I seem to need more - as has happened with some other herbal tinctures (esp Valerian), nor do I feel groggy - except once, when I took 3 caps - but that may have been due to other factors.I prefer using simple, non-toxic herbal and naturopathic remedies above any prescription medicines, and I've been doing this for a loooooooong time. I am happily surprised to know about this supplement, and happier with its effect. Great product!
