The installation of this product was super easy and it gets the job done! I like the brightness and value for money of the light fixture. It has has good coverage, and is an eco-friendly lighting solution. Some of the other features are great motion detection, remote control, and adjustment options. However I would opt for better battery life.

I have bought 9 of these lights for my large property. So far they have done well. Very bright. Easy install. Easy mode selection and with remotes. The sensor seems to detect about 20' wide by 15' out. But of course if angle higher could get you further out than 15' . Hopefully the solar battery in these proves durable.

I love these lights so much that I bought a total of three sets. We live in a rural area with a lot of dark areas around the property. These solar powered lights were easy to install in the places where I don’t have power, and are great for scaring off some of the critters that roam around here at night in the dark.They also work well when my dogs need to go outside at night, and i can see where they are.The remotes that come with the lights are great for setting what type of illumination that you want for the motion activation function.

I installed this and left it up for a few weeks to see how well the battery would charge, hold, and function through the night. It's in an area where it only gets partial sun, so I was a bit worried, but it also doesn't see a ton of use since it's along the side of the house. So far it's great, very bright and well charged when I walk by. The real test will be in winter when the clouds come in - but so far I'm happy. The solar function is nice to not have to deal with changing batteries or spending hundreds / thousands of dollars on running wires. The mounts are easy to install, and has a quick release function so if something goes wrong down the road it is easy to swap out.I'm knocking it down one star as one of the lights was broken on arrival - which doesn't bode well for long term durability. So I had to send the back and wait for Bolo to send me a replacement, but thankfully that is a pretty seamless process. The housing for this is a cheap feeling thin, brittle plastic - I don't expect a ton of "stress" on the lights where they are so this is probably ok for my application, but I would be surprised if I'm still using these in 10 years - which is an ok tradeoff given the price.

About a year ago I bought a dozen of these lights, put them up all around our place, and both my wife and I absolutely love them. Recently, however, one of them went bonkers. (Not to be too technical, but I'm talking really off the deep end bonkers: rapid on-off, fluttering, burning during the daylight, not working at night, that kind of stuff.) I wrote it off to normal attrition but then my wife suggested a far more creative explanation. I had mounted the light on the roof overhang of our veranda to monitor the back door of the garage. Between the light and the garage back door was the AC cooling fan, which switches on and off at all hours of the day and night. Was it possible, she asked, if the light's motion sensor might have been driven to distraction by the cooling fan's incessant on-off behavior? Moreover, when the fan is running, it's often hard to tell whether it's blade is actually rotating or not. Could all that motion, and fake motion, and indeterminant movement have driven a poor motion detector bananas? Or so asked my wife. And I had to agree. It was possible. The original had been a good boy, it had worked like gangbusters, flooding the back garage door with light whenever it was triggered and otherwise keeping its photons to itself. So I'm replacing it with an exact replica. And I'm mounting it away from that busybody cooling fan, too. Long live Tuffenough Solar Outdoor Lights.

about a year ago, I ordered two of these lights and I thought that they were perfect! So much so that I ordered them again. The second batch are not like the first batch.First, this bit in the description - "3 adjustable heads design can move upwards, downwards and horizontally. " WAS accurate a year ago, but is not longer accurate. The heads no longer swivel, they move only back and forth, similar to a door hinge. My original set - the little side lights moved on a swivel so you could aim them exactly where you wanted them to go.Second - the motion sensor is different - it turns on, then after a moment, it turns off. But then there is a delay before you can get it to turn back on. The original set - if I were standing in the yard when the light went off, all I had to do was to raise my arm and bang, it would turn back on. The new set - I'm standing there, windmilling my arms waiting for the delay to finish so that I can turn the lights back on. Most frustrating.You might like to look elsewhereOn the plus side, they do work, they are very bright, and installation is a breeze - just screw the bracket onto something. They work, just not as well as my original set. That delay between the motion activations is the worst. The lack of swivel is a minor detail, but that delay is the deal breaker, for me.

The fixture is convenient to install, and has lasted longer than cheaper fixtures you'd typically find at the Harbor Freight. Has helped a ton on those nights where you can't find your way in the dark. The remote it convenient, but never needed it after setting it. Never had an issue so far with it refusing to turn on, and the batteries have outlasted my expectation. Color hasn't dimmed, and seems resistant to the heavy sun in our area. Definetly will buy another set to spread out further in the future.
