Honestly, I'm not using this for acne. I read that it's a good anti-bacterial and can be used for under arms to destroy the bacteria that causes under-arm odor, so I bought it for that--mostly for my husband who is senstitive to deodorant. He's using it and it seems to work well.

I use this in the shower as a face and body wash. It’s not too drying and the benzoyl peroxide kills bacteria that causes body odor so it helps my deodorant last longer! One warning, it will bleach towels and clothing if it’s not fully rinsed off.

I prefer this formula over Panoxyl.. I find panoxyl more drying and it makes my skin too flakey. The oat extract in this leaves my skin so supple, and I just feel like it’s more effective than other brands of Benzyl Peroxide. I’ve been using this face wash as my holy grail for about 6 months now and this is the clearest my skin has ever been.

It's extremely strong, like much more than any other face wash I've tried from this brand. I'd not recommend to use this every day as it would totally strip and dry out your skin, like it did mine. My skin was flaking off after using it every night for a week.
