I needed acetone, nail polish remover, to help with a decorative painting project. I looked at the box pharmacies but they only carried the saturated polish remover pads...a no go for me. I finally looked on Bolo, and there the good ole' faithful Cutex stood ready to be of service. Of course, I ordered a bottle (for a whole lot less money than a box of the saturated pads cost). It did the trick. Now my trusty little bottle of acetone, nail polish remover, is stored on a shelf in my craft room (and I know exactly where she is) where my family knows not to trespass under severe penalty! This inexpensive little chemical applied in a tiny amount with a cotton swab can help to delicately remove unwanted paint or aid in remedying a mistake in a detailed painting project (not a huge project like painting a room, but a craft project). Most nail polish removers I've used take a long time and product to remove nail polish. The Cutex ultra-powerful one specifically removes nail polish so easily and quickly. I only have to use one cotton ball to get all the nail polish off all 10 fingers. This is the only nail polish remover I use and I hope it is never discontinued.

I have purchased this brand in the past, but this was my first time trying this "ultra-powerful" version. I have only just started working with UV gel nail polish. I did find it to be quite drying where it got on skin, but it did a great job of removing the polish, and my nails are not super dried out. I do suggest using a good cuticle oil after using this polish remover though.

This nail polish remover is quite effective for most shades, but it struggles a bit with dark red colors, especially those that require multiple layers. It does a decent job overall, but for those stubborn dark polishes, it takes more effort.

Very little effort to remove polish, just a swipe or two! I also had some staining from a cheap polish on my toes for months that my old non-acetone stuff couldn't budge and this removed it in a flash!

What can I say nail polish remover? If use nail polish you can use it to remove fake nails I don’t know whatever you whatever use nail polish remover for these days. Can use it for a lot of things I guess.

I love a dark red nail color for the fall/winter, but it can be tough to clean up. I haven't been using a nail polish remover with this much acetone, but this has been a game changer. It has made cleaning up around my nails/cuticles so much easier!I don't find that this smells too much either, which can be the case with many nail polishes.
