    Benutzt haben wir das Messer, um hauptsächlich große und sehr dünne Lachsstücke zu schneiden, was auch auf Anhieb prima funktionierte. Das Messer ist so scharf, dass ich mir auch gleich zu Beginn eine kleine Verletzung zugezogen hab, also wirklich das ganze mit Vorsicht genießen und vieleicht sogar Handschuhe tragen. Das Design des Messers ist einfach Super. Die Damastmuster auf der Klinge verleihen ihm eine beeindruckende Ästhetik. Es ist nicht nur ein funktionales Werkzeug, sondern auch ein Kunstwerk zugleich. Auch nach intensiver Nutzung behält die Schärfe bemerkenswert lange an, was für mich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Die Handhabung des Messers ist äußerst komfortabel. Der Griff liegt perfekt in meiner Hand und vermittelt ein Gefühl von Stabilität und Kontrolle. Dadurch ermüden meine Hände auch bei längeren Schneidearbeiten nicht so schnell. Das mitgelieferte Zubehör macht Sinn und ist von hoher Qualität. Die Kombination aus beeindruckendem Design, überragender Schärfe, Komfort und Langlebigkeit macht es für mich zu einem unverzichtbaren Werkzeug in meiner Küche.     Das Messer wird in einem Geschenkkarton geliefert. Es ist hauptsächlich für Fisch gedacht und passend dazu liegt eine Grätenpinzette und ein Geruchsneutralisierer bei. Ebenfalls beiliegend ist eine Lederhülle in welcher man das Messer vor Beschädigungen und sich vor Verletzungen schützen kann, denn das Messer ist sehr scharf.Die Klinge ist mit 43cm sehr lang und man muss sich gut überlegen wo man das es passend unterbringen kann. Auf ihr ist die Damastoptik zu erkennen.Aus meiner Sicht ist das Messer aber zu teuer, wir haben auch deutlich günstigere Messer zuhause welche in der Qualität nicht schlechter sind.
