5.0 out of 5 stars Does it job
So as winter comes the field mice have started coming into my home. With these and other things we seem to have caught every mouse that we saw. First three days caught 7. Easy to use, catches then and they stick, easy to fit where you need it to be. Good quality, simple design and very functional
5.0 out of 5 stars It works so 5 stars, but it's inhumane and sad
This works very well. Put a drop of peanut butter. Be careful to keep these away from pets or people, it's extremely sticky and adhesive. It catches mice, snakes, rodents, even baby birds. They will be caught and there's no saving them or rehoming them, pulling them rips their flesh. So watch your traps frequently and give a fast ending to them with a hammer. Mice are intelligent. One mouse I caught squealed in fear as I approached and it was the saddest thing ever. They do spread disease and get into tight spaces and are pests at the same time, but please be as fast and humane as you can be, given the circumstances.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works like a charm
Received these in the mail last night and the mouse was dead before sunrise. My husband and I bought multiple traps and these were the only ones that actually worked. It got off the trap the first time and got stuck on the trap the second time it came. The mouse can get off the trap depending on how it gets stuck. My only con is the mouse is still alive when you catch it. We caught it as soon as it got stuck, not sure if there is something that kills it over time and that is a user error, but i definitely recommend!
4.0 out of 5 stars Efficient but doesn’t last in heat.
Managed to snag a chipmunk on one of these within a hour of putting it out. Unfortunately they don’t last in the summer heat, so either place in the shade or inside. I resorted to traps.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very sticky
There’s nothing worse than trying to catch a critter that’s invaded your home and it gets caught on a glue trap but is able to wiggle free. Well, with theses traps once something is stuck it is not moving. I accidentally got the mop head stuck on the trap and had just throw the mop head out with the trap. I tried and tried but there was no pulling the head from the trap. So, if you’re looking for a glue trap that nothing is going to break away from, then this is it.
5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST Mouse - Snake (unfortunately got some Gardener snakes) Sticky traps there is!
The traps are the best. The stickiness is about perfect and once a mouse steps on the trap they won't be getting off. I usually wait until there are about 3 or 4 mice on them then replace the trap. These are awesome traps and you just set them down next to their entrance or a doorway and you'll have on by morning.
3.0 out of 5 stars Really ?!
Effective product. But be sure to check "Deliver in Bolo Packaging" bc they just slapped a label on the box and the post lady knows I have a mouse problem now.
4.0 out of 5 stars Sticks well
These definitely smell like Peanut Butter. I saw a mouse in my apt. After placing regular mouse traps, hotel type of traps (where door shuts on them and you can release them), and stuffing steel wool in cracks. None of them were even touched by the mouse! One night, I saw it run pass all the traps! I bought these after reading the reviews. What sold me was that these can trap a snake. I set 2 out. After a week or so, nothing. We even put food in the middle. After about 1-2 months of anxiety with this bionic mouse, I put all 12 around areas I thought the mouse would scurry along by. It wasn’t until I saw the plastic bag, I had wrapped around a rug, was torn. I knew the mouse bit its way through the bag & probably crawled up the rolled up rug. I punched the rug a few times and the disgusting mouse came out!! I had the sticky trap to the left but it didn’t run on it. It seemed to know what it was so it stayed behind the rug. It ended up darting out to the right this time. And LO & BEHOLD! It ran right over the trap I had placed about 12 inches away & stuck!!! I think if it wasn’t freaked out by me discovering it, it probably would’ve went around it. But it ran so fast that it went right into the trap. Thank goodness I put the trap there that afternoon!! That pesky mouse gave me anxiety for over a month!! As some reviews said, the traps are inhumane. It is gross to see it wiggling or laying on the trap helpless; but what else can you do? I had the hotel traps in hopes I could release it but they were useless. The sticky-ness of the traps do work. The mouse was about half the size of the trap. It ran fast and the trap was able to catch it. I would’ve given it a 5 star but had I not found and scared it, it probably would’ve ran around the trap.
First 30 minutes unbelievable 🇨🇦
The media could not be loaded. Ok ,first thing first ,do not believe in comments about smells most specially chemical, that is 100% not true, it dose have very moderate peanut butter smell witch is totally fine even if you placed it in your room , in addition to the pre baited I added half a walnut right in the center and in less than an hour it caught the first mouse. So far got 4 , I don’t keep the trap after catching the first, for more, I throw it out and put the new one , I got the 12 pack and placed the second order, this time for 18 pack , this is the best mouse trap I have every seen and used , it’s amazing, how fast and continuously catching the rodents , please make sure your little ones plus your pets of all kind are not even close to the trap the glue is very very strong . Now if you really want to get rid of the rodents this is the way and the product to do it with ,110% satisfying and recommended,
Highly recommend
In less than 24 hours after placing it on position, the gum trap caught the mouse I had seen in my house several days earlier. I had earlier contacted our estate's maintainance team on this after whi h they set different traps for the mouse, but no result. I purchased this product, and in less than 24 hrs after delivery, it caught the mouse! It's very effective!
Good for small mice, not so much for rats
I had some mice at home and the small catchmaster ones just didnt do it nor the old school snap traps, i used these a while ago so i decided to put these out and i caught 2 mice 2 days in a row and thats all i had i suppose cause they havent been attracting anymore. I put a piece of cottage cheese in center though on of them smelling like peanut butter. I noticed some hair thoug on one and i think it was a big rat and it gt stuck but escaped, maybe i need 2 beside each other but now hes too smart clearly. So all in all still recommend these over the others, the only thing is the mouse will be there alive when you find it unlike the snap traps so youll need to figure out what to do thereafter. May not be for some people who dont want to see things like this.
They work!
I used these for a mice that were either too small or maybe smart to avoid the regular snap-type traps, and they caught them. Just a reminder these catch them alive, so not the most humane, unless you check regularly and then handle appropriately so they do not suffer anymore. I recommend the snap traps but when I couldn't catch the odd one these did the trick. I did put extra peanut butter in the middle of the trap as well. They are scented but no sure how they work without extra bait.
Does not kill mice
I didn't see anything on the reviews that said that it does not kill the mice but they stick to the glue and then eventually die probably of starvation.I set one and looked at it at 5am. Saw I had a mouse. went to move tray and found it was still alive.Decided to go to work early so I didn't have to listen to it. Tonight it was still alive. My son came and took it outside and finally got it off of the pad but it was so inhumane.I would never recommend something like this. The Rat zapper kills instantly but I find the don't last long before they quit working and at $60 a piece to replace I thought I would try this. Not good
