    I had two chained cables connecting my computer to my speakers. It wasn't an ideal setup, and one of the cables had a little break inside.Our kitten discovered this one day while I was gaming. The resulting transient when the little guy got hold of the cable just about threw me against the wall.Action had to be taken. The kitten wasn't going, so the cables had to.I found this cable, and ordered it right away. The first feature I liked is that it was one cable that would reach the distance, so I didn't have to put two together. The second feature I liked is that it's braided, and seems a good bit more durable than the flimsy cables I was using.I got it installed, and now I have solid sound. Even the little furry butt's phonic frolicking won't augment my audio. He's a bigger kitten now, and not quite as playful - but when he was still taking an interest in my computer setup, this cable proved to be stronger than he was. Five stars!

    Use it to run into an Auxiliary/Aux in on an old shelf system. So far it's for my phone. Works fine. There is a ground hum when it's unplugged but that could be the system, and it's not a good idea to plug in or out with the power on or Vol up anyway. Unless one IS trying to blow speakers or fry an amp.I did have to carve a very little bit of rubber away from phone case, however the plug size is very thin considering the thickness of the cable which I consider a plus.It is thick and pretty non-tangling yet very light. Can't say on durability, though I don't forsee any problems with normal, non-abusive use.I will probably get an extension as 6ft is not ideal for keeping the phone close, but I saw that up front..

    I used this to connect old bookshelf speakers to my PC. Just for listening to music while I work. Couldn’t say how much power it would handle, but it works perfectly for what I needed.
