I have meds that suppress my appetite. I usually start my day with CIB bottles. Adding fiber to my dies is a plus. Sometimes I just can't eat lunch so I'll have one and half a banana. It has a thick smooth consistency and the flavor is a nice chocolate-- not overwhelming. And there is no aftertaste like some products leave with you.

My family has been drinking these for years in all configurations: powder in individual packets, in a plastic tub and in ready-to-drink bottle and carton form. I like the less-plastic option of this configuration. The flavor is good and consistent. The higher protein version definitely hold you over longer. As a standalone snack or meal, I typically get 2 to 3 hours of satiety before I'm hungry again, which is great if you're out and need a portable quick snack. I wish the ingredients were slightly improved as far as the carageenan and some of the artificial ingredients. But, they do have good flavor and will do the job to provide temporary satiety in an easy-to-carry-with-you and more-eco-friendly carton. I chose the chocolate this time, but they're all good!

Chocolate flavor is really good. Tastes like it's very sweet but actually has less sugar than the other brand I was drinking (equate). The vanilla is also tasty, but not as good as chocolate imo. I drink these on the daily so have a repeat order on these. I also like how much cheaper these are vs my old brand. Keep em coming. 💯

My kids love these and they are super convenient and easy to tote around. We are super busy with practices and games for three very active kids. Dinner is around 4:30 and then we do practice until nine. I love that they can drink these on the way home from practice and get some good protein and nutrition before they brush their teeth and head to bed. Especially because they are always starving after practice. Also a great value for the price.
