I took Physician's Choice Probiotics for 30 days following a routine colonoscopy. The gastroenterologist told me that gut flora replace themselves after 30 days, but I felt that it wouldn't hurt to give the remaining flora a boost. I was very happy with the results - no gas or bloating, and visibly improved consistency and appearance of stools. Physician's Choice is more moderately priced than some other probiotics and contains 10 of the most common bacteria strains. I am so pleased with the results that I plan a "tune-up" with Physician's Choice every six months from now on.

This product is amazing. Eating a diet that is 50% standard american diet, 50% paleo, I don't exactly get all the things I need in my diet. Ever since I had a horrible infection in 2019 and taking antibiotics, I have had 4 different spots of psoriasis. Within a month, I feel a noticeable difference in the area and hardness of the spots. The first week or so, I had some super weird dreams, but seeing as you have billions of brain cells in your gut, it makes sense with the changing landscape.Also, I feel less need for caffeine and generally am in a better mood. I definitely recommend these.

Frustrated with continual stomach pain and bloating, I was willing to try anything. One day, I found myself desperately watching an informercial. It basically centered around pre/probiotics. I didn't buy that product but instead researched this type of supplement. I found Physicians Choice and won't say the first capsule cured all of my problems but in time I noticed a measurable difference. I felt good....really good. I try to take one every day. Some mornings things get crazy and I forget. On occasion it happens multiple days and my body definitely reminds me that something is missing. I have experimented with other pre/probiotics, my thought process was if 60 Billion CFU provided results what if I tried an increased dosage. Didn't work for me...other products were too strong and caused new gastro issues. Physicians Choice works for me. It is gentle, effective and the price is right to feel better.

الغثيان والقلق ونوبات الهلع
هذي المره الثالثه التي احدث فيها تعليقي بعد قراءة احد التعليقات التي تشبه حالتي وهي الشعور بنوبات الغثيان المتكرره والقوية والقلق وعدم الارتياح التي تستمر لايام حتى بعد اياف الدواء لا اعلم ما المشكلة يبدو ان المكونات فيه خطأ خطير طبعاً ان متأكد من تجربتي لاني جربت الدواء مرتين على فترات متباعده وكان يحصلي نفس المصائب في جميع التجربتين اشعر بالغباء والندم ان اعطيته فرصه اخرى اتمنى ان اكون بخير في الغد وساحدث مايحصل معي لاحقاً وهذا وعدتحديث بعد تسع ساعات لازال الغثيان موجود مع صعوبات في النوم ونوبات هلع خفيفه وبعد ١٢ ساعة خف الغثيان مع ضعف الشهية للطعام وصداع خفيف واضطرابات في القولون وانتفاخ وغازات !!!!تحديث بعد ٢٤ ساعه الغثيان توقف لكن لازلت اشعر بدوخه وبعدم اتزان عند المشي وغازات من هذا المنتج الفضيع طبعاً للاسف رميته في القمامه
