I bought this because I got a not so cute haircut & read collegian can help it grow out. It actually has made my hair quickly grow & my nails have become rock solid & strong. It’s helped my nails become beyond strong, where cutting them was actually really hard, where as they normally break all the time. The pills are very big, but easy to swallow, but I do take other vitamins so I may be used to it. Not bad for the price, def worth it I think.

I’ve been using this supplement for the past week and so far my nail has harden usually when they grow out they thorn because of how thin they are but now they are harden, I see a lot of reviews about it helps with the hair and that’s one of the main purpose as to why I buy so hopefully in time it will help with my hair too but overall get supplement.

I've been using this brand for over 10 years. It has made a big difference in my skinI take 3 in the morning, 3 at night. I highly recommend ( The instructions used to say dose was 6 a day, not sure why it's been changed to 3 a day )
