As renters we didn't use the adhesive backing in case it pulls off paint so I can't speak on how well that works. The remote works great, the lights are so bright and vibrant, my 8 year old REALLY likes the setting where the lights move to music or his voice. When turning the lights on green, only a small section of lights work, not a big enough reason for us to send them back when everything else is great.

Just a heads up on this product, IT’S REALLY CHEAP MADE! I bought these for my son’s room and within two to three weeks, half of the light strip (about 25 feet) doesn’t work properly and only functions half the time. The lights on half of the strip flicker and aren’t the correct color, or simply don’t light up at all. There must be some sort of bad connection halfway through or something. They feel really flimsy and brittle. Like you might break them trying to install them if you’re not careful. I would recommend buying a better made version of these lights elsewhere or be aware that you’re getting what you pay for with these. They are cheap, so they’re cheap made, and will work as such. I want a refund or a replacement.

The media could not be loaded. Good price for lights, they stick really good to the wall even in heat. You can adjust brightness. Love that they are 50ft. More than enough length to wrap around the average sized room!
