Wanted to try this to prevent the endless wipe. I decided on this one for the tube hose thinking that would be easier to stick in. The hose is actually slippery with lube on your hands so be ready to hold it. Be sure to insert or push lots of lube up there to get in the first inch or so and it will go right in. The metal cylinder with caps went right in with some lube. You may need a small anal trainer to open things up easier. The valve goes at the end of the hose and makes it easy to adjust the supply of water. You can just pop it in and count to 5. Repeat until clean.
