Im a senior, live alone and don't do a lot of cooking anymore. I keep these on hand for times when I want something a little more substantial but doesn't requie a lot of preparation. Simple to prepare, I add some green veggies, mushrooms & sometimes shrimp, sprinkle of fresh herbs and dinner is served. Leftovers work as lunch for the next day. Very difficult to find locally and the price is great. Works for me, versatile and economical. And the taste in my opinion is just fine. A bit of shredded provolone or other white cheese makes the sauce a little thicker if you prefer.
