This is the best heating pad that I have ever bought and I have bought several due to the fact that I rely on a heating pad for several hours a day due to fibromyalgia. One of the problems that I've experienced with other heating pads is that they would stop working very quickly. When I say very quickly I mean within just a few days. Another problem that I had with most other heating pads is that they would get bunched up and not lay properly. I have not had any problems with this heating pad and I highly recommend it

This heating pad replaced an older pad with a thin flannel cover. This new one is much fluffier and softer over the body. No sharp jagged edges to deal with. The size is bigger than I need currently, but will come in handy when more of the body will be used for the legs, back and over shoulders. I am using it for a thigh above my replaced knee. I really like the controls which are easily marked for use.

Doesn't stay on after 2 hours also it's as hard as a rock it doesn't get soft at all around you it's awful especially if you have a migraine or a sinus headache it is not flexible at all I am so so sorry I bought this it's like having your body lay on a piece of hard cardboard

The heating pad is great! Very user friendly, heat’s up quick, and the different settings are perfect.Unfortunately, the pad gave a fault error code and we couldn’t get it working again. Pure offered to replace it free of charge!

I like the length and it does not get all bunched up like my older one. This one stays nice and soft. I had tried one of those fancier ones with a thicker cover, but they kept giving me problems so I went back to old school.

It does not get very warm. Kinda tepid. I don't know if it was defective or if that just as hot as it gets. I returned it.

It is very light and gives the impression of cheapness. Very quick to heat and holds heat well. The two hour timer is a useful feature. Overall after a month of service I would recommend it.
Useless product
Didnt expect this quality product. It is not getting warm even & not effective at all. There is no difference in heat levels.
Bought luxe for esthetics but the look of one side is spoiled by big letters printed all over it
It works fine but the esthetic is deceiving. One side is as per photo on the listing but the other side is covered by big letters explaining warnings so I had to cover it with my own special pillow( I made it). Waste of money to buy the luxe model. Also it is washable but you need to put the full cushion in the washing machine. It would be better if a removable zipped cover would be the washable part. I would have returned it if I did need it immediately for injury.
