I ordered this item without really looking at the reviews with pictures. When I got around to looking, I was disappointed with what I saw. Rust stains left on people's counters, the base wobbling, etc. I paid less than $10 for it so, if it was complete trash, I wouldn't be too irritated. Well it looks like the customer complaints were heard! My screws are deep in the surface of the base, if they rust, there will be no stains on my counter, and the base is completely flush to my counter.It was very, very easy to put together, I love the black, and it holds even big rolls of paper towels. I recommend the former customers who were not pleased (with good reason) to give this new and improved paper towel holder another shot. I think they will appreciate the improvements.

I like simple. Honestly, I've seen similar in stores for twice the cost. Only difference is maybe it's a little thicker and heavier but that really doesn't matter to me. Oh, and maybe it's welded together to be sturdy, but why does that even matter? Just two screws and it holds the paper towels. Sensible price and it does the job. I'm happy.

It's simple and ad pictured. Felt a little cheaply made, but again not bad for the price. I find that I have to constantly wipe the base as it gets water stains, but AGAIN it's not bad for the price. It looks cute in the bathroom.

Bought two of these. One for the kitchen and bathroom. Very easy to assemble. It literally took only a few minutes. Matches my decor perfectly.

The middle part that the towel goes in is way too thin. This product is extremely light so when you pull a towel it does not feel good especially when you want to cut off with just one hand.I guess im used to more heavy duty?Another issue is, if this like mine is next to the sink, the base is EXTREMLY low.Its not going to keep the water out.The things I complain about are technically described like dimension sizes and weight which is why I gave this an extra star as I feel like this is more of a 2 star. It's just not ideal.

I got this paper towel holder for my granddaughters college apartment. They just had the paper towel lane on the counter. So it makes it look so much neater. Easy to use and very affordable.

Los dos cilindros son de aluminio, se ensambla muy fácil. Pero la base no es de aluminio parece como cartón. Sinceramente por el costo esperaba algo de mejor calidad
