Well, they’re what I need. This is a great multi for women of a certain age: not too big/easy to swallow, no odor, no stomach upset. Just a good all around vitamin. Excellent value.

As I get older, I ve been trying to concentrate on my health more. I only eat lots of fruits, I don't like veggies, so I take a one a day vitamin instead. I hope it helps a little bit. The vitamins don't taste bad. I don't notice any extra energy or anything,and there isn't any funky smell coming off of them. They seem to help in my daily life so I continue to take the 50+ even tho I am only 43 I think it will help with strong bones but I'm not sure.
