5.0 out of 5 stars A great product; they've replaced my kitchen sponges
As a biologist who's taught health related courses, and who pretty deeply understands bacteria (their biology, ecology, pathology, etc), I've long had concerns about using sponges in my kitchen. I've read numerous articles over the decades about why we shouldn't. Yet, I persisted, sometimes boiling them, but at least submerging them regularly in fresh detergent water. But since we now live in an age of super-bugs, and I'm older now (74) with a few (relatively minor) health issues, and since I love to cook and do so a lot, I finally decided to try something different for cleaning my countertops and wiping up the occasional spill (on said countertops, not the floor; the mop gets the floor duty). So after reading a bit, and reading some reviews on these types of rags, I chose this one. After the first week, I'm super happy with these, and kicking myself (gently) for not switching to them long ago.My first impression on opening the package was that they are slightly too large for me. I'd rather have 10" x 10", but I'm making do, and I subtract no stars for that. But more importantly, they're very absorbent -- they wet quickly and absorb spilled liquid just as quickly -- and they rinse out easily. After use, I dip it in detergent water, rinse and hang it on a nail above the sink.I'm also switching out to a fresh rag every day or two. (On a heavy cooking day, I switch out at the end.) I have a small tupperware container in the bathroom that I drop used ones into. I mean 12 rags gets me two weeks or more. Then, when I put up the last fresh one, the other 11 get washed. (I'll hand wash these in a 5 gallon bucket with plunger using regular laundry detergent. 95% of all my washing is done by hand in small batches in the bathtub using those tools, and hang them on an inside line. I save a TON of money on the washers and dryers down the hall in my apartment complex.I suspect these will outlast me. They're well made and appear to be quality material. But if I ever need more, I'll buy them again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice and thick
Quality product. Thickness just about right. They clean without issue.

These work so well. No need for chemicals either. Just a drop of water and cleans our stainless appliances flawlessly.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good quality
Bought these kitchen cleaning clothes at pretty much random but did view a few reviews. They seem to be a good value; however, make sure you wash them well before using them. After washing they are soft and do a good job cleaning kitchen counters and stove tops.
5.0 out of 5 stars MR. SIGA microfiber cleaning cloths - Great quality!
These cloths are great quality 👌This is my third order of them, as I like to have different cloths in different rooms for cleaning purposes. I actually like to use these to dry my dishes. They are very functional for my needs. I've washed these several times in a laundry machine and they still look as good as new. Thye are absorbent and while I don't let them dry out on their own, I find that they could dry quickly if I let them. They have left no scratches on my dishes at all. For the price, I am satisfied with the amount of cloths you get in an order. These are my go to cloths, I always come back to these.

GOOD VALUE
These SIGA (teal coloured) wash cloths work very well. They are absorbent. They have substance. And they can be laundered daily and always look brand new. The weave is tight; and the terry loops are quite small but wick moisture efficiently. These SIGA wash cloths air-dry quickly after laundering and remain odorless.Very few manufacturers -- SIGA included -- give purchasers any information about the weight of the fabric in their wash cloths. In the industry, the standard measure of fabric weight is "Grams Per Square Meter" or GSM.These SIGA wash cloths are relatively weighty at 375 grams per square meter. And they are moderately expensive at 6 cents (Canadian) per gram. For comparison, Costco's Car Wash Cloths (bright yellow) are more weighty at 411 grams per square meter; fluffier texture and much cheaper at 2 cents (Canadian) per gram. Even so, the SIGA cloths (32 cm x 32 cm) are perfect for most types of cleaning around the house.I have learned to launder these microfibre SIGA wash cloths in hot water (in my washing machine this happens to be 97 degrees F; 36 degrees C) because it works better. Cold water washing causes the cloths to become hydrophobic: eventually they begin to shed water from the tap and can be difficult to wet. This never happens when they are laundered in hot water. Microfibre cloths that become hydrophobic can be restored to normal absorbancy with a quick dip in household ammonia before laundering. This dip is an excellent workaround for consumers who are committed to the energy savings virtue of cold water laundering.
