5.0 out of 5 stars I absolutely love this pot
Absolutely love this pot. I think I’m going to invest in some more and change him out for the ones I have. It’s a good quality speckled pot has a good interior, but it’s not that Teflon type. It conducts heat well and distributes it and I have yet to have anything burn in it! Has a good weight balanced as well on the stove. I have an older stove from the 70s and this thing does a magnificent job dealing with it also could be used on an induction stove top, which is my immediate future. Performs well and washes very easily. This is a five star plus!
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Pots and Pans
I never thought that I would get excited about pots and pans. However, these exceed all my expectations. First of all, they are very solid yet not heavy. I purchased the gray really love the color. The wooden handles add To their rich look. They cook very evenly and easily. Clean up is so easy. We really love nonstick quality. These are superior. I would recommend them to one and all.
5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome pan!
I researched for hours for a saucepan that’s induction, easy to clean, and not coated like a Teflon. I’m so glad I chose this one. It cleans up beautifully without needing oil. I’ve made scrambled eggs and pancakes with no clean up mess. The handle is solid. It’s not going to break off like I read in a review. Love the look of this saucepan too. I think I might need another, one for the RV and one for home.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice and heavy, but
I use my pot to cook eggs every morning without oil or butter. The pot is much heavier than my previous pot which gives more even heat. The non stick coating so far has performed about like my other pots. It doesn't slide out clean, but easily cleans with a sponge and some fingernail scratching. Unfortunately the bare metal bottom corrodes easily leaving a black powder, which smudges fingers, countertops, sinks etc. The powder is easily removed via washing. This could be a show stopper for those who want a spotless kitchen.
4.0 out of 5 stars 4..9 rating because...
I have an entire set of these pots. I am ordered this 1.5 qt. pot because the set I had didn't include this size, which I use the most. I love, love, love these pots. They are gorgous and I love the wood (don't know if it's real wood) handles. They don't seem to get hot, are easy to handle and look beautiful. The clear glass top fits well and allows steam to escape. These pots are unbelievably easy to clean! However, be careful if you are boiling something (like rice or potatoes). Don't let the water boil away; set a timer to remind you to check the progress of the food you are cooking. A while back I forgot to set a timer and I didn't notice that the water had all been absorbed until the pot started smelling funny, no doubt from its overheated and almost burning coating. Still, the outside withstood the high temperature well. There was one tiny spot where the coating chipped away. Other than that there were a few small black marks and discolored areas on the outside. The pot is still fully functional and the inside of the pot is still perfect. Any damage to the pot is my fault and it withstood the high temperature magnificently. Perhaps the stinky smell is purposeful on the manufacturer's part to warn people of imminent danger. The only other comment I have is that the outside coating scratches fairly easily. I bought felt protectors that I put inside each pot when I store them one inside the other because the pots have some kind of metal on the bottom to help distribute heat evenly when cooking. If you use a drying rack be careful when stacking your dishes so as not to damage the outside coating on your pot. I wash my pots by hand because it only takes a light swoosh with a cloth rag and a spot of dish detergent to do so. Easy peasy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Can’t say enough about this set
I absolutely love this Sensarte cookware. I’ve always used Pampered Chef and was hesitant to purchase these, but the sale price was wonderful so I went ahead and got them. As long as you follow the instructions, use low to medium heat, don’t wash them while they’re still hot, etc I believe they will be very long lasting. They’re beautiful to look at as well. I was amazed at the ease of removing my fried eggs…they slid right out were done to perfection. I highly recommend this set. I also purchased the smaller saucepan separately when I discovered their ease of use.
5.0 out of 5 stars Pot
This is a great pot. Just the right size for a side item at dinner time. There is definitely no stick and the cover allows no steam to escape through the vent.
5.0 out of 5 stars Solid pan
Pan is thick and heats evenly. Easy to clean. Surface is very non stick so far. Handle is very comfortable.
Rugged & Good Value!
I discovered the Sensarte line of cookware several years ago. No matter how hard I try to get foods to stick to a Sensarte product, I lose the battle every time. The surfaces clean with soap and water and look like new. The wooden handle stays cool. And these pots and pans work fine on an induction cook plate. They are also priced well. Good value.
Great sauce pan
Great size for everyday use for myself. Feels like nice quality and the granite spray coat is nice. The pot came with a screwdriver to put the Handle on which was nice, and it's actually decent too. Well recommended.
Perfect!
I have cooked with these pots many times and never had any problems with sticking or hotspots . The lids are well designed. I would definetly order again.
Would recommend
Very nice and work really well, easy to assemble
Great pot!
This is a great pot. I can brown my beef and then put my spaghetti sauce in right afterwards, and the clean up is a cinch. Nice that it is a non toxic pot too. Comes with a nice wooden handle that you assemble on your own with a provided screwdriver. Considering buying a whole set to replace my other cookware. I bought they grey, as I was worried that sauce could stain the white, but unsure if that is the case.
