The drone has intuitive controls and great range. The camera takes decent pictures and videos, and the battery life is pretty good too. If you don’t calibrate the drone correctly, the camera gyro won’t hold position which means you’ll need to power it off and recalibrate it.(only takes about a minute). We did have an issue with one of the propellers being bent right out of the box which caused it to scrape the housing. We just put in one of the replacements and it was fine. The company was very responsive and promised to send us a new set of propellers and an extra battery for our trouble.

I've been wanting a drone for a while now, and I was prepared to pay much more for one of the "high end" brands. But I liked to look of this drone, and was pleased with the price point, so I purchased one.First flight was not so great, because the camera just wouldn't respond to my adjustments. I was tempted to return it, but it is VERY easy to contact support from within the app. It's also very easy to attach logs and videos when you report an issue. So I sent a report.Bwine replied very promptly. Their reply linked to videos and step by step processes to work through the camera problem, as well as reassurance that they would make the problem right if the included steps could not resolve the issue. I followed the steps and had no trouble on my next flight.In terms of actually flying the drone, I have had no problems. As the weather improves, I hope to gain more skill as a pilot. This is an amazing way of seeing your property. This drone offers a lot of functionality for a great price, and some truly exceptional support to get you going. I have no hesitation to recommend it highly.

The media could not be loaded. The simplicity of this drone and the construction is well worth the price. I reached out to customer service to get clarification on one of the steps and I had an immediate response. The customer service team was extremely helpful.The the app on the phone is easy to understand, and the features, like go around, like follow me, and return our easy to navigate. The camera takes amazing video and still shots. I didn’t encounter any vibration or shaking this to the camera. The three axle gimbal gives a so much more to the experience.I was pleasantly surprised with the drones performance in the wind. I never expected it to stay in position, but it remarkably stayed right on point.This company is second to none with their customer service and their drone is well constructed, easy to fly in beginners mode, and absolutely remarkable when taken out of beginners mode.

This is a very solid drone. It was packaged well, and arrived on time. The drone is fast and stable in windy conditions, and is a real pleasure to fly. It's range, responsive controls, and battery life are impressive. A good value, for sure.I had one small problem with the camera in the beginning, and the Bwine Customer Service Dept. was simply superb in helping to sort it out...and did it very promptly and professionally.This is a great product with a company that still values it's customers satisfaction. I will surely be buying from Bwine again.
