Unlike many of the complainers about taste and size, I love them! They slide down easily! If you cut them in half, (which they actually make a vitamin pill cutter you can buy here on Bolo), then perhaps easier. to swallow. Nevertheless, these are packed with everything you need. Americans complain WAY TOO MUCH.

If you can get past the strong taste and smell, these are possibly the best multivitamin and daily supplement you could take. Love that it doesn’t stop at supplying daily vitamins at minerals, but also supplements probiotics, mushroom powders, trace minerals, and so much more. This is by far the best multivitamin i’ve purchased so far, it has everything you would need! The biggest thing i notice is my energy levels are higher and my bowel system has been doing great with the pre & probiotics. Def worth the price. The smell n taste isnt the greatest but when your getting everything you need i dont mind tasting a grassy flavor for 2 seconds.

I received a 2 pack today with expiry date of Dec 2024, barely 2 months to expiry. And being unable to return an unopened pack due to close expiry date doesn't help either.

When I take a single one of these with a meal I get that same feeling like I've taken on a supplement on an empty stomach. I had a mildly painful nights sleep. I don't know how a normal dosage is two tablets a day. Is this what the high-potency refers to?Fortunately I can split the pill up into halves and my body doesn't hate me so much. There is no cutout for that on the pill but it is still breakable with two hands. The green color of the pill seems to be a facade as the inside is just like any other multivitamin.In contrast, I have these "wellness" vitamins someone offered me which contain some natural ingredients (like ginseng root) that my body does not complain about.
