5.0 out of 5 stars Solid build
I was surprised by the quality considering the price. The build is good and the clamp holds onto my desk without slipping when i move the monitor around, which I constantly do. The hinges move smoothly without grinding or squeaking like the ones at work. I like that it has some cable management built-in.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent quality monitor arm
This monitor arm is exactly as advertised. Works well, I have a 34" ultrawide that's pretty light. I use the monitor for both my desk as well as swung-out to use on my racing simulator seat.
4.0 out of 5 stars Keep Your Finger Out of the Hinge
I really like this arm; it feels strong and sturdy, and I don't feel like it's ever going to just drop my monitor. It was fairly easy to set up, but the joints were stiff initially. Once they do start moving, they go very quickly. I learned the hard way when my pinky got in the way, and a slice of my fingerprint got taken as the joint popped open. It definitely demonstrated pretty well that your computer won't wing around willy-nilly, so no worries there. Bonus: it comes with a little cord cover to hide your wires under the arm.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy installation
Very nice product and very nice price!
5.0 out of 5 stars Works great
Still working great
3.0 out of 5 stars spring
the spring in it is too strong hard to pull down tried adjusting
5.0 out of 5 stars Easty to set up, works well.
My other monitor arm (non gas-shock type) started not holding he monitor very well, causing my monitor to lower positions during the day and me constantly having to push it back up. None of the adjustments would work anymore to prevent this problem so I got rid of it and ordered this one. This was a super-easy setup. It took me less than 5 minutes and now my monitor stays exactly where I put it. Also, this type of mount looks nicer than the old straight-pole type. No complaints.
5.0 out of 5 stars They are great!
These even worked for my 34in recurved monitor. Great price.
1 for the money 💰
For fifty dollar, this does the job. Took me a while to figure out my desk setup. Before even exploring options, I had monitors stacked on boxes and random stuff taking up all the space on the desk, making it cluttered. Before I got this I explored a double stacked monitor, but the ergonomics for working were not good, then I opted to give this bad boy a go, and so far so good.As per pics I have laptop, and two 27inch monitors. The central monitor is the standard monitor stand which works great, and then I have the artic arm mounted on the corner side of my desk, so it flanks the center monitor.Once you figure out the setup and positioning, it just works. I have two position, one as pictured, the other with the centre monitor raised on its own stand, to which I raise the artic arm to match thr height.Only qualm I have about this, is the tilt angle isn't as smooth or as sticky, so at times you need to fiddle with it, but by and large I can live with it, since it was only 50.
questionable joins...
Product is versatile in positioning and for spring tension. Gives the ability to handle a good variety of screen sizes and weight. Cons: all the joins articulation are in plastic, I am not sure how long those parts will hold without breaking. Besides that, I got 2 of those that were less expensive than a dual arm kit, it does the job.
Smooth and lightweight
Used this as a means of having a third monitor without just buying a triple monitor arm, and i gotta say i am pleasantly surprised that the cheapest (at the time of purchase) option is very sturdy, lightweight, and moves smoothly without much effort. It holds a monitor too, it sure does. The clamp is nice and wide so if you’re like me and you clamp things onto the metal support bar under your desk instead of drilling a hole through your desk, this particular mount has a good clamp for that.
Nice arm but a little hard to configure
Works pretty well but it's a little shaky - any little bump will cause the whole thing to shake until you stop it.And it was a little tough adjusting the lift pressure to keep it stable.Overall it's pretty good for the price
