This thing really does a great job at removing humidity from the air. I noticed a huge difference as soon as I started using it. The only complaint is I wish the bucket was a little bit bigger because I don't have a place to continuously drain to with the hose, so that results in me having to empty the bucket two to three times a day. If you're putting this in an area though where you are able to leverage the drain feature then this is a fantastic dehumidifier at a great price.

Been running this for over a month now in my 900sqft basement and it is doing a great job keeping the humidity at constant 55, even with multiple fish tanks. I got theis to replace my previous dehumidifier when it got a coolant leak after 4 years of daily continuous use. This new unit is about 30% smaller, a little quieter, and seems to do the job equally well. Would recommend.

I bought this for our walk-out basement. There is a family room, bedroom, bathroom and storage room down there and this works great! The first few days it ran continuously but I could see the humidity level number decreasing. Now that it's in the humidity level that I set it only runs when it gets above that level. It totally eliminated that musty basement smell. It's small, compact and fairly light - easy to move around. My only "con" is that the drain basin is fairly small. When it was running continuously I had to empty the basin 3-4 times a day. Now that's it's reached the level that I want I just empty it as needed, so maybe once a day - even if it's not full. I would recommend this, it's quiet enough that it doesn't bother anyone watching tv or playing down there. Good purchase.

I installed this and it did very well for removing humidity from a small space for about two months. Now it runs all the time, the tank does not fill up with any water and it removes no humidity. I have emailed customer support three times for any advice on troubleshooting or possible replacement and have received no reply yet. I suggest going with another manufacturer that supports their product better after the sale.

We've had this dehumidifier for about two months and I am very happy with it's performance. The dehumidifier we had to keep our basement bedroom dry finally died and I read through a lot of reviews here to settle on this one to replace it. Although smaller than the one we replaced, it is more effective at keeping the moisture to a comfortable level. The bedroom is about 10x15 square feet. The room feels great and I actually love to see the water bin fill up - I know it's doing its job! Noise level is low and it was a snap to set up. We have a second dehumidifier in another room and I'm considering buying another one of these and replacing that one. Definitely a good purchase!

Put it in my finished basement.Really works great. Very quiet. Pulled the humidity level down.I started using it with the tank, but it filled up too quickly. The tank is kind of small. I moved it down to the other side of the room and used the included hose to drain directly in the sumpWould recommend. Small efficient unit.

Bought ahead of hurricane Helen 2024, and it's been putting in the work. Brought a flooded out 600sqft room down from 80% to 55% in three days. Had it on my own for a bit before the hurricane, it's quiet and efficient. Worth the money!

Llegó un día antes de lo esperado. Debe esperarse 24 horas para conectarlo por primera vez (por el ajetreo del transporte, como con los refrigeradores). El manual viene en inglés, pero no está complicado. En YouTube hay videos de la marca sobre el funcionamiento del deshumidificador. En 4 horas se ha llenado al menos una vez el depósito, en una habitación de 20 metros cuadrados, cuya humedad marcada por el higrómetro era de 77% y disminuyó la primera hora hasta 61%, con una temperatura de 22°C. A los 15 minutos de haberlo encendido se siente la diferencia, no se siente frío en la habitación y los vidrios ya no están "sudados". ¡Sin duda la mejor compra!

The unit works great for my basement. I keep it at 50%RH and it works perfectly. Yes, it has a small tank, but the unit is quiet and does the job
