    I like that this hair butter is very moisturizing, however the scent is sweeter than the scent of English Lavender, which is the sweeter smelling Lavender as opposed to French Lavender.

    I tried it on my skin first and didn't like it. I felt it didn't absorb like a lotion or body butter. At least, not to my liking. It smells really good though and I will continue to use it on my hair. It does make it soft and has added definition to my 4C hair when I let my twists set for several hours or overnight. I give it 3 stars simply because it doesn't live up to its dual purpose. If this was for hair only, I'd give it 4 or 5 stars easily.

    This is a great smelling body butter. It really surprised me. It's not too strong and doesn't interfere with perfumes. The butter is a thick cream that moisturizes deeply and holds the moisture in. It also does wonders for our 4b hair type, sinks right in and defines the curls a bit. The moisture lasts all day.All in all I'd say it's a really good hairdress cream/body butter and I would love to see different scents.

    This EDEN BodyWorks Lavender Aloe Hair+Body Butter is not very good. I tried some on my hair in the shower and my hair instantly stiffened up. I added more but it didn't help. I rinsed it out and found my hair was an absolute chore to de-tangle. I added a little bit again to my hair and rubbed it in and re-combed. After blow drying my hair was a greasy mess. I used some on my legs and arms and it took a long time to rub in. My skin does not feel particularly moisturized and my hair is greasy. At least this stuff has a pleasant, light scent but I can't recommend buying any. I may be tossing this in the trash.
