I have had my watch since early spring. One never thinks anything will go wrong with a wonderful product that they love, but alas, just recently one of the two watches I purchased just died. Doesn't work. Then a month later the one that I wear was having problems. There was no problem getting support from Cattle Herder. Respectful, calm, no disagreements over solution, offered the fix immediately, not for one watch but both. One died. It was replaced. Then my watch was having problems with the watch face. Problem solved immediately. Friendly service. No arguments, no stress, no distress. Just no worries. Oh, by the way I love the watch and my daughter loves hers. So comfortable on the wrist. Big screen, lots of stuff to set just the way you want, long battery life. Very accurate. For those that write reviews that say it doesn't do what it says, please read the directions both from the watch and from what's posted here. Learn your watch before you slam it and return it. The watch is wonderful. So is Cattle Herder. Thank you.

Inconsistent step counter,i.e. I would walk to my bathroom and kitchen I got a step count of over 300 ft. Should be less than a 100. Don't like having to press the power button to get the screen to light up. Other than that it's a pretty good watch.

My previous less than $50 smart watch had more features and was easier to push and play. The extra wrist band is a nice surprise. Well thought out as far as packaging. Comfort zero complaints. If this is a first under $50.00 smart watch? You will not notice the difficult set up. Once setup complete and playing with features worth the price. Pleasant surprise: The amount of activities the watch can track. Battery life is longer than expected. Charging time depends on your patience. If your patience is short? Seem an eternity? If your patience is long? Faster than expected. Knowing what I know? I will purchase again.

•I turn Bluetooth off & back on when I want to sync app to the watch for instant update. There is a daily, weekly & monthly graph in the app. •Sleep works good if you get out of bed upon waking, otherwise it records laying there as sleep time. •Temperature records avg, min & max numbers. Display shows external skin temp & internal temp. •Heart Rate records avg, min & max numbers. Display shows immediate rate. •Oxygen records co2 min & max numbers & flags the low levels. •Battery life is great. At least 2 days with screen set to highest brightness & display set to longest viewing time. •Find your phone feature can be a blessing. As can seeing text msgs & who's calling even though you can NOT text back or answer calls with the watch. •It can remind you to exercise & it alerts you if you sit or stand in one position too long. •Tracking sports has many choices. I would definitely buy this watch again even though it does NOT have Alexa or Google abilities. ❤️

I bought this watch for the additional functions that are built into it, like body temp and blood oxygen, The other features come pretty much standard on all smart watches. The extra band in a different color is a nice addition to. The style is also an eye catcher for me. Only negative thing for me is the lack of real nice customizable dial faces. I'd love to get an LCARs dial for this watch. Would love to be able to port over some dials from other smartwatch brands. For the price, this is a great watch for me.
