This soap dispenser is just what I was looking for. I use it near my garage sink so I don't have to go into the house to get cleaned up after yard work and such. It takes standard liquid soap and dispenses just the right amount. Since it seems to be a commercial product, I expect it to last a long time. Easy to use and install.

One of the features was motion detection, which this unit does not have. It has a manual pump and works great.Nothing leaks and holds plenty of soap. There is a window that lets you see how much you have left.Mounting to the wall was also a cinch. You mount a bracket to the wall and the dispenser drops into the bracket and is held securely to the wall.I haven't reloaded the soap yet but I don't think it will be hard at all and because I can take it off whenever I need, cleaning it out shouldn't be an issue.Happy with the purchase, does exactly what I need it to do.
