Okay so I've always wanted to try these but I was really scared of a scene looking like a Saw movie, just blood everywhere or that it be really uncomfortable lol. I prepped with YouTube videos I strongly recommend but if you don't here are the tips I found to be useful DO NOT PUll THAT STEM IT WILL MAKE A MESS BECAUSE OF SUCTION INSTEAD GO ABOVE THE STEM GRAB HOLD AND SLOW SHIMMY IT OUT. TRY TO KEEP IT STRAIGHT SO CONTENTS STAY IN CUP UNTIL YOU DUMP IT. REMOVE IT BEFORE YOU POOP SO IT DOESN'T COME OUT, MAKE SURE THE CUP IS FULLY OPEN IN THERE OR IT WILL LEAK. I don't know if I'll go back to tampons it's so comfortable, coughing hard doesn't push it out, no irritation from the tampon material or string. But I think the best thing is not worrying about leaks while I slept last night I could stay in bed without the every 2 hour wake up hoping I make it until the dam fully breaks. And the money and panties I'll save lol awesome for so the price. Tampons are so expensive especially when you sometimes get 2 periods a month. Yes I've gotten blood on my finger but barely and that happens sometimes with a tampon. We're grown lol wash your hands and go on your day.

Really wanted to like this product, however, it is very firm and uncomfortable. I bought what I believed would be my size based off the sizing description given but it feels very irritating.

I don't know why I waited so long to try a cup. I used it night and day for my whole period and it was easily the cleanest, most comfortable period I've ever had.

J’ai essayé la diva cup, la coupe playtex et le disque de diva cup.J’ai un flux très abondant et aucune protection n’était sans fuite.Quel fut ma surprise de savoir qu’avec celle-ci, aucune fuite!Les filles, ne vous décourager pas avec les coupes menstruelles, vous allez trouvez celle qui vous convient!

I consider myself a bit of an expert in cups now, having worn them for nearly a year, but having tested about 5 different brands now.Essentially they are all very similar, the differences are slight.The main thing you need to know if you’ve not used them before is that it really can take time to get the hang of getting the best fit for you personally in terms of insertion and positioning.It took me about six cycles of trial and error- different methods, before I could confidently say I’d got it cracked and no longer got any leaks but its worth the effort because I much prefer using the cups to tampons or pads and would never go back.So the main difference with this cup compared to my others is simply that it’s fully opaque!All my others are slightly translucent. I’ve got pink, white, cream, and blue: all of them translucent. when you remove them you can see from the outside how much liquid is inside before you actually look in from the top, whereas this cup is a darker blue colour and fully opaque.Doesn’t make any difference however to the usage of it.The second difference is that it comes with a square-shaped hard plastic case with a clip lid. Looks like something you’d put dentures into!My other cups have little drawstring pouches; soft canvas, plastic, or satin and I prefer the soft pouches as they can be squeezed into a handbag or pocket much more easily than this hard case would. Plus, the way the catch on the box is hinged with a thinner layer of plastic that flexes, I can see that thin layer snapping off with time.Again, its not really an issue with using the cup itself.The cup is as flexible as my others and no different at all in inserting or wearing and its certainly handy to have multiple cups and to be able to keep them ready for use in different places, so I use all the cups I have, equally, and have never yet come across one that didn’t suit me or work as well as the others.Hope this review has been helpful
