This mug is 7 inches tall and fits under coffee machines at Starbucks (these machines replaced drip coffee makers). The slider mechanism on the lid has a decent feel and it doesn't spill. Also well insulated so keeps contents hot or cold for hours. Overall this is my perfect commuter mug

I really enjoy this insulated mug. It keeps my warm beverages warm for a few hours, which is great when you have a busy morning. My only complaint would be the top mechanism. With coffee, tea, or any drink that isn’t water, the particles get caught into the crevices which become hard to clean. It easily catches mold even if you wash it daily. In order to properly keep the top clean and sanitary you have to wash it once you finish your drink, which can be very inconvenient. Or soak the top in hot water with soap. Maybe it’s just me but the top of this mug is very high maintenance.

I have had this exact mug (in blue) for over 7 years. I only purchased a new black one to have my logo put on it. The durability/quality are unreal AND my beverage stays hot OR cold for extended periods of time so I never have to worry about drinking it right away! I do wish there was a smaller version in stock for my husband. We have gone through 4 other brands in 1 year bc they break so easily.

I usually drink 1/2 a mug of coffee because it’s cold. This product is WONDERFUL! My coffee stays hot more than 5 hours if I close the sipping area. If I leave it opened, I can still drink it at 5.5 hours.It’s light to carry, no indication it contains hot liquid and is very stylish.I definitely recommend this product and will gift it to my loved ones.

The seal quickly deteriorates, turns into particles of rubber. It doesn't matter if you gently follow all directions. As it says, "the lid is dishwasher safe," so you don't expect it. AND I never used a dishwasher, just rinsed gently and set it aside to dry itself. No kids, no pets, no others to blame, the seal looks like the Palestinian skyline, shot to bits. I'm surprised it's not leaking: so if it's not for stopping leakage why don't they use industrial black neoprene rubber or straight-up vacuum o-rings, probably just as cheap at that gauge. My mug is 12 weeks old and the seal is trash, was probably toast 4-6 weeks ago. I used to make spaceship parts, and while it's a great mug for my simple life now, buyers should feed-back the truth to the makers and sellers so we can stop drinking rubber (or Plastic! good idea to find out which) with our tea and coffee. Good luck, good people.HEY again! I carefully removed the bad thin black seal by gently brushing the threads with a nylon dish brush while running the lid under a mild stream of water, then took the lid apart and cleaned out the main gasket inside (easy! you'll see how if you try)—and now it works perfectly without that outside seal at all! No need to toss away the mug or go through the long process of finding out there's no seal replacement for this mug. It's so much better without the seal that falls apart! The only reason for it seems to be to sell more of the same mugs? Nah... Who would buy the same mug after only 2-3 months? But THEN AGAIN...I'd buy it among all the others because they also seem to have seal problems, and maybe worse ones. Enjoy your tea & coffee, folks!

100% leak proof. I tried hot and cold drinks, shook it, turned it upside down-right side up a few times real fast and no leaks.Fit the cupholder in my '08 Mercedes C350 just fine. (cup is 3" wide, bottom of handle is about 2 1/2" from bottom of cup)Kept cold, cold and hot, hot, as it says, minimum. Mine stayed the right temps a bit longer than description states.Lid can be put on for right or left handed. Put the tab with arrows at the handle and screw on for left. Put the tab with arrows across from handle and screw on for right. I like the cork on inside of handle too.With lid being top rack dishwasher safe it is easy to clean/sanitize. Cup itself is easy enough to hand wash.
Second ELLO purchase...
This is the second ELLO travel mug I've purchased, I am a slow coffee drinker and I love that it keeps my drink hot all the way to the last sip. I really like the design of this one - the handle with the cork inside looks very nice and makes it easy to hold. The wide base is nice and sturdy, though it is too large for the cup holders in my vehicle (it fits halfway down but wobbles around a bit which isn't ideal). The lid looks like ceramic but is plastic. I don't mind that it's white except you can really see the coffee spots around where you sip. The seal is great, but I am careful to keep the vacuum seal slider open before screwing the lid on otherwise the coffee spills out around the edges if even slightly too full. The lid is a bit tedious to clean, but worth it to have a good seal. I have learned to always handwash the base as the paint on my last ELLO mug started to chip after putting it in the dishwasher. Overall a really stylish mug that keeps your drink hot and is nice to hold and drink from. I will continue to buy this brand in the future, all round best travel mugs I've ever purchased.

Tiene buen sello, que sigue funcionando bien con uso diario desde hace dos meses que la compré, te funciona si eres diestro o zurdo ya que tiene dos hilos de cuerda, no cabe en el portavaso central de mi auto, pero queda justo en el portavaso de la puerta, yo no soy de los que toma café mientras manejo por lo que no veo inconveniente, yo llevo mi termo a la oficina y lo disfruto unas dos horas después de llegar y su temperatura sigue perfecta para mi.Si tomas té y también café, te recomiendo tener dos tazas, ya que el sabor del té se suele impregnar en la tapa.

This mug is awesome! Light weight, love the cork on the handle. Keeps coffee hot for hours and doesn’t leak!!!!! Nice sleek design looks great sitting at my desk. This is vacuumed sealed so be careful when you open the lid to drink, you could get a little splash. Keep lid open when putting it on and don’t fill to the brim. The lid has arrows that can be lined up with the handle( sounds strange I know!) but it means that southpaws/left-handed people ( like me) can also use it. :)
