I've been taking these for about 2 years, and I only take one capsule (half of a dose) per day every morning (I am 112 pounds and the full dose is just too much). I have a lot of food intolerances which cause digestive issues.If you think it doesn't make much of a difference, take them for a couple months and then stop. You will notice the difference. I have issues with bloating, diarrhea, indigestion, etc. These help a lot with having healthy bowel movements, reducing bloating (I take digestive enzymes which help a lot more), and digesting food better.My digestive system is very sensitive, an example is when I tried Culina yogurt and it literally made me sick (either too much probiotic, or the wrong type). I'm not a doctor but based on my experience taking these, I recommend these to anyone with a sensitive stomach to at least try a half dose and take the full dose later if needed. It takes a month or so to notice any difference.

I was hoping this will out perform the gut probiotic I have since the Probiotics listings are very impressive. Unfortunately this doesn’t perform as quick as my other one who I see a difference on my 2nd day of taking. This I am almost done and nothing noticeable I can claim.I am trying to lose weight and this is supposed to help my guts and help me less bloated and keeps my belly feel good in the morning (my previous brand helps me with this so I thought since the price and ingredients are close they might perform the same)I did not experience any allergic reaction nor tummy aches after taking this so that’s the only great thing about it.For the price I think I will stick to my old one

I received a sample of this product before buying it. I was a little bit skeptical about how well it would help my digestive issues. After getting my gallbladder taken out I constantly had to rush to the bathroom to poop. After my neighbor let me try a sample of the product I haven’t stopped using it. My need to rush to the bathroom for a “bad poop” is over. It’s like I am back to pre gallbladder bowel movements. I feel a lot healthier with this product. Awesome probiotic!!!! Recommend anyone without a gallbladder to try it!

From my wife Sarah: I healed naturally from ulcerative colitis and I like to change up the probiotics periodically to keep diversity. This one looked good to me as it is vegan (which means dairy free), and gluten free. I can't say I felt a radical difference but I'm happy with these as they have good strains at a good population, and reasonably priced.

With 100 billion CFUs, this is one of the more potent probiotics I've used before. But the truly important aspect of a probiotic are what strains are used. And this supplement uses excellent, scientifically validated strains.I always make sure to choose probiotics that tell you the exact strains used. For instance: this one contains L. acidophilus Rosell 418. Many other probiotics would just say "L.acidophilus" and not tell you what specific strain is actually used. There is tremendous variation between strains, even under the same acidophilus species. So make sure you always get a probiotic that specifies the strains - that way you know you are getting scientifically studied / clinically tested probiotic strains.As for effects, I have had great results with this probiotic (and other Ombre products). I was having irritable gut issues for several months, and within a few weeks of taking a high quality product, they cleared up completely. I recommend increasing your prebiotic consumption while you take your probiotic, to ensure they multiply inside your gut and give them the best chance of colonizing in your body.Thoughts:It's an excellent, scientifically formulated probiotic. 100B CFU per serving is a huge amount, and plenty to get the benefits of probiotics. I also like that it includes a small amount of sunfiber as a prebiotic.
