I use this grill in my oven on air-fry, recently cooked eggplant after lightly brushing with oil. It works great, the eggplant cooked perfectly for a casserole that I made.The grill cleaned up easy, no sticking. I like that it’s light weight, easy to put in and take out of the oven. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I love this skillet. Cooks well. Is as pictured and described. Sturdy. Nice handle that doesn't get hot. Cleans up well. Cool screwdriver came with it!!

There’s so much more area to cook. I have a gas range with one of the solid piece grills that over the entire stovetop. The mfg has an option to get a griddle center piece that can replace the center section, but it’s expensive. I bought this to see if it compares and it works just as predicted. I’ve done multiple grilled cheese, tortillas, veggies, pork chops and pancakes using it for a large flat surface. I can set it over two ranges to have heat on either end because the heat doesn’t evenly distribute. I can warm something on one side while the other end that is over the fire cooks. The weight is lighter than cast iron so it’s easy to move. Cleaning is quick and easy and it fits my dishwasher. I recommend it if you’re looking for a griddle.

Got this grill pan because I was so pleased the skillets I got from this brand. It's everything I like in a pan... almost. A comfortable handle, even heating, grill marks and great non-stickability, but I do wish it came with a lid. I just happened to have a square lid that fits perfectly. My only gripe is the pour off cut-outs on opposing sides. Who pours from the flat side of a pan and not the corner? I'd rather have a tighter lid seal. All in all it's a good skillet for grilling almost anything.

My current pans have been sticking for a while. Plus I have more than I probably need; add to that not long ago, I used a non stick pan at a rented cabin and knew I needed some. That one wasn't the Sensarte brand, but was more expensive, so I took a chance on these. And they work great. I've got 3 of them, and this one works great for cooking meat. It gives nice grill marks, and is so easy to clean. After I'm done cooking, I simply pour out the grease, wipe it out, then let it cool down. Once it's cool, it's just a quick scrub and it's ready to go for next time. The handle stays cool during cooking making the pan easy to handle 🙂

I used this the other day to grill some chicken. The sear lines came out beautiful, cooked to perfection. The handle stayed cool and most importantly, this pan cleaned off relatively easily after everything was done. I do wish it was about a centimeter deeper but I can't fault this product for doing exactly what it sets out to do.

Easy to clean. Good quality. Perfect size and all I had to do was screw on the handle. Screwdriver included in package. Have cooked burgers and steak so far.

Great for cooking breakfast, dinner or whatever. Fits perfectly on my Genesis Jet boil and Furion propane stovetop. Love being able to cook everything on one flat top without having a bunch pots and pans to clean up after.
