I had syringes for a medicine my son was taking. They were given with the prescription. Those were the cheapest ones I have ever used after a few doses the ml markings wore off and you couldn't tell how much you had in the syringe. I bought these and the plastic was heavier and the measurements did not wear off. I'm happy with my purchase.

These syringes are exactly as described, and come individually packaged. Each syringe has the long nose and a cap to cover the long nose. They are solid and good quality plastic, well made.I am using them to feed my recovering pet cat; he has an upper respiratory illness and can't smell the food, so hasn't been wanting to eat at all. I mix the vet-provided wet cat food with a bit of water and it sucks up into the syringe very smoothly. The long nose of the syringe is much better for feeding a cat, as it is easier to get it into his mouth when he's not very happy about being syringe-fed. (He's not happy about it at all, actually.)I will probably be buying more -- if you do animal rescue or rehabilitation, these are incredibly useful to keep on-hand for emergencies. Highly recommended.

These do what they are meant to, but they are one-time use. They are specifically marked to dispose after use, and though you can of course use them more then once, they are so flimsy. Way worse quality than the ones you get for free at the pharmacy.
