This smaller die cutting and embossing machine is a great addition to any craft studio. If you don't have room for a full size machine, this is the answer for you. Small and functional and it works for all the small pieces that you want for your card making.

I just received this and am so happy with the performance. It might take a little practice to keep your "sandwich" from shifting, but it is the same with my Big Shot machine. But this little guy is so much easier to deal with because of the size, not to mention the good price. I would love to be able to purchase cutting plates with extended length though, not to mention replacement plates period. I left a question with the seller, maybe these items will be available soon.

Butterfly dies were missing. Embossing plates were too thick to go through machine. I had to substitute a rubber mat.I liked that the sides folded up. Great size for on my desk or travel.

Thank you, Bolo reviewers who posted photos and videos! I never could have figured out how this gadget worked without you. It's fine for what I need now but I had to do a great deal of mental gymnastics and translating ( "SHAKE the handle"?!) before I could get it to work.Note: it IS small. The only paper that will fit is index card size and so embossing a regular 4x6 card isn't going to happen. Still, for $30, I'll keep it.

I should have noted size as this is a bit small BUT it works well and I have modified a few of my dies to accommodate. Easy to use
1.0 out of 5 stars Crazy! This thing will not work and I cannot get any help!!
For one thing, there is no user manual. Also idk which plate is A and the other B, ect. For another thing, the plates don't fit in the machine so idk what's wrong. Also the CS refuse to help me. They expect you to figure it out from a couple of pictures on the box. These dies or whatever they are don't fit in the machine. So Idk... If they don't help me soon, I am going to send it back. No help whatsoever!!!

Perfect! Exactly as pictured! Creates really cute tags. I cut one layer out of a brown lunch sack & use twine for a rugged look. :)

I didn't think you could go wrong with a die cut machine, but I really hated this one. It was super difficult to crank the handle and it only worked cutting dies on thin paper. The boards used to squish the dies warped after just a few uses.
