    Likes - these capsules are much easier to stomach than even NatureMade no-after-taste fish oil capsules. Since I'm taking 3 of these a day, plus 2 Berberine, my HDL, LDL and A1C have improved in the right direction after 3 mos, although I can't say for sure which of these 2 supplements did more of the work. If you're thinking of taking these, make sure you discuss them with your primary care provider first, to be on the safe side.Cons - these capsules are still large, and pricey, too.

    Used for dry eyes. Not my favorite. I like liquid caps w/o fish taste. Usually sports med. brand. This is a dry cap.

    One of the most important things to consider when choosing an Omega-3 supplement is its absorption by the body, and research indicates that Free Fatty Acid (FFA) is the best form of DHA and EPA for highest absorption compared to standard Ethyl Ester fish oil. The capsules are in crystallized form rather than liquid so you don't have to worry about rancid or degraded oil. The capsules themselves smell and taste a little fishy, but they do not produce any fish burps after swallowing. Its my first time trying this form of Omega-3, as I've never seen this type available before, but so far, so good.

    Saw TikTok on best omegas and been taking these for monthWell my results are amazingI posted my labs and just look!!! I tried to workout by riding or walking but was not consistent I did decrease my salty foods fast food and sweets and increased proteins and veggies fruits but I also stopped drinking and smoking!!!! I’m 35 it’s not impossible get better !!!I also took dr Sam Roberta cholesterol optimizer these omegas garliq and cholin .

    I took this and the fish taste immediately hit my mouth. Burpless, give me a break that was a lie too. I think the thin capsules are the problem, you immediately taste fish. Either change the capsules or stop lying about the fish 🐟 🤷 taste and they are not burpless. I really hate when vendors lie to me!
