Since starting these both my kids 3 and 8 are sleeping in their beds all night. Before taking these my 3 year was sleeping in bed with us and up and down all night and my 8 year old was up every few hours saying he couldn’t sleep! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!!!

My daughter mysteriously had tummy aches on and off that we couldn’t figure out. I read somewhere that magnesium could help and since she’s been taking this everyday, she hasn’t complained about her tummy at all. Wish we’d bought these sooner! I give them at bedtime and it’s part of our routine that my kids look forward to because they taste good.

When I bought this, I wasn’t aware of the different types of magnesium and their effects. I had my son on this for 2 weeks to replace melatonin. This combined with the sleep vitamins helped his sleeping routine but caused the most violent diarrhea I’ve ever seen my son have, the following day. It was like clockwork. So bad I had to put him on Imodium to calm it down. Finally I found out that the type of magnesium in this, magnesium citrate Is more a natural laxative than a calming agent. So, I took him off of this and the diarrhea stopped immediately. So, if you want calming vitamins for your child, You’ll want to get magnesium glycinate which helps with calming and doesn’t cause diarrhea. Idk why they decided to put the citrate kind in this.
