This is the absolute best liquid iv flavor!!! I put one packet in 40 ounces of water because I don’t like it to be super strong, and enjoy having it to sip on throughout the day. Helps me stay hydrated and is so so good!!!

This is an amazing source of daily hydration and energy! I’m no expert on health but I can tell you based on experience after using this for a week I feel more hydrated than ever, less fatigue, less heat exhaustion and most of all more motivated. Miracle mix? I don’t know about that but I can tell you it’s making an impact on my health.The flavor? Well I’d say it doesn’t favor watermelon maybe a watermelon that has been sitting on the counter a couple hours coated in sugar. The best way I can explain it is it doesn’t taste medicinal but it doesn’t have a pleasant taste either it comes off strong, sour, sweet and bitter all at once. If you could get past the flavor then you can definitely enjoy the benefits this mix has for you.Use of the product. It comes nicely sealed, and I love the ease of use there are individually packaged units that mixes with 16-32 ounces of water I use a 30 ounce tumbler. I should note if you use a tumbler like I do it’s best to have a way to shake this mix up because it can be grainy when you get to the end of your drink.Overall I would say this product has the potential to be life changing I just started taking AG1 so hopefully that combined with this I’ll feel like a new man! I’d definitely recommend you try it the taste is tolerable honestly it kind of reminded me of a fruity cocktail which makes my stomach turn but who knows you may like it.

My husband works outside and we started purchasing Liquid IV. It is so much better than Gatorade. At our Lions car show, a lady was feeling dizzy and nauseous from the heat. We gave her some of the liquid IV and she felt so much in just a short amount of time. She was going to get some for her husband as he was a funeral director and is out in the heat. It is really good! This flavor is good as well!!

The taste is really bad too strong, even with 500ml water it still taste too much like a medicine.I don’t recommend this product and I don’t understand how nobody seems to mention this.Le goût est très fort, c’est limite inbuvable.
