This shoe rack looks nice enough to go in an entryway or mudroom, and has adjustable pieces on the bottom legs to make sure you can level it out. I love the look of it with the gold. The top shelf is two separate pieces fitted together so there is a seam across the top, but it doesn't bother me. I did have an issue with two pieces not fitting properly, but customer service immediately addressed the issue and sent replacement parts so I could finish assembling the shoe rack.

Well built and nice looking. A little tricky to assemble with one person but not bad. Holds twelve pairs of shoes and has a good amount of space on top to put stuff.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this shoe rack. I think it is nice looking and the finish quality is very good for the cost. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy even fully loaded up with shoes.

Update 4 stars: Seller contacted me and worked hard to make it right for me. Would give a full 5 stars with some increased quality, but at least the seller is paying attention and cares about their customers.2 stars: Not worth the $50 it costs for poor quality. Shelf receiving end was bent and unusable. Very hard to find someone to talk to for replacement part.

I would've loved to use this but instead I returned it TWICE. There is no padding around the sides of the box and because of that, pieces get bent and become unusable. You can't even do the first step of the instructions because one or more of the pieces that you have to connect to the other pieces will be bent in transit. It's not the shipper's fault, it's the fault of the manufacturer. I bought something else instead
