Edit: Customer service was super great and let me trade in for a new one which has lasted almost a year now with no problems. Great accessory.I really liked this dock- I basically just needed a way to output my display to a monitor and charge at the same time. However, after just 3 months of light use it has suddenly stopped being recognized by my Steam Deck. It started with USB devices not working when connected, then the HDMI output stopped working, and then the pass-through charging failed. Now the dock isn't recognized at all by the Steam Deck.I'm no stranger to hardware troubleshooting, and so I've tried different power supplies, devices, restarting affected devices, and plugging devices into the dock without anything else plugged in. Nothing has gotten it to start working again. It's become a $30 paperweight.All in all, this is a great dock while it works. For $30 - $40 though, I would have hoped it would have lasted for more than three months of light use.

The media could not be loaded. Works well with Levono Legion Go as a docking station for both tabletop mode and connecting to tv, projector, or monitor!Despite the LLG already having a stand incorporated to the device, I wanted one that I can use with a wired mouse...the hdmi is just bonus. It is easy and straight forward to use.All the ports work with no issues at all. I am able to charge and use a compact BT KB, use a wired mouse, am able to connect a 1080p (yeah IK...) projector, and charge the LLG at the same time.I don't have an ethernet cable to use as all devices are connected to wifi...so I couldn't test it out.The type c cable that is attached to the dock is thick.The charge rate, when plugged in, varies and is slow. I have to completely shutdown the device, unplug it from the dock and just charge directly to the LLG when not in use.The thing that slightly bother me is I need to bend the type c cable from the dock in order to connect it to the LLG.Other than that, it is a good (not perfect for me at least) docking station to own.For anyone with a Legion Go, I would buy one that has a bit longer type c cord or find one that the cord itself is near the center (facing the back of the dock)/on the left side of the dock (when facing the front).There are products like these out there for either cheaper or much more than this.4.2/5

Honestly I I got I got this dock and I said I guess it must not work because it was not working with my phone. But once my steam deck came into the mail I looked at everything and I put it on there and it worked fine and it still working fine and I've used it on projectors and monitors and TVs. And it's doing great so far and it works great is even just a little stand. I really enjoy the product and I've been thinking about buying one of the replaceable backs that jsuaxs Also sells for the steamdeck. Overall, it seems to be a great product and it's a good price when compared to the stock steam deck dock and that dock doesn't leave any room for cases where this one does. Honestly really happy with my purchase. Hope you guys like yours

Very tough and works excellent. Hint....use a 100w charger and not the 60w that comes with the ally. You'll be happier you did so to run other peripherals' off the dock.

The product I received was as described except one major issue: The hdmi ports will not maintain a stable connection with the television or wireless game controller.I've gone through several troubleshooting steps including testing other similar products with the same tv port, running a diagnostics on both the cord and tv, and using a different system to see if the issue was the steam deck I was trying to use. Unfortunately, the TV isn't the only thing that won't stay connected. The wireless controller also randomly disconnects during gameplay which isn't great if you know how crucial being able to see and interact with the game during those unpausable moments.This docking station is not ideal for gamers who enjoy playing without frequent interruptions in connection due to poor design.

I want to like this docking station but it has a few quirks that make me kind of regret buying it. First issue I noticed is the audio will sporadically either cut out or get scratchy. Google search of this seems to say that this is an issue with even the official steam dock so I guess if that is true then that isn't completely JSAUX's fault. Get your stuff together valve we expect better of you figure out the issue and send an update. The other problem I ran into is the dock randomly stopped displaying to my TV. I put the deck to rest mode and switched my TV's input over so I could watch some Netflix. My deck stays docked under my TV facing the couch, and about three minutes after turning on Netflix I notice my steam deck is on and the screen is lit up. I turn the TV back to the input for my steam deck and it wouldn't display back on the TV. I tried everything to get it to go back on the TV including resetting the Deck, unplugging and replugging everything back in. I even tried switching to a new HDMI. None of it seemed to work. Until I unplugged it all again then replaced it back in for a second time and it just started working again randomly, so who knows what that is about, but again I am starting to question my purchase.

Funciona a la perfección, y no tiene lag como algunos docks chinos. Compré uno de marca china y era muy incómodo jugar ya que tenía demasiado retraso y era imposible apuntar en los juegos. Pero este dock de JSAUX va de maravilla, tiene gran calidad, es pequeñito y eso a mí me encanta. Para tenerlo en la TV va de maravilla por su tamaño, ya si quieres tenerlo en escritorio para montar un PC con la Deck recomendaría otro de la misma marca con más puertos.

Very inexpensive addition to my steam deck setup yet big on the bang that it adds to the experience. Very satisfied and happy I got it.Does all the docky stuff you expect it to in a very Nintendo Switch kind of wayAnd if you're looking to desktop experience your deck, this thing is invaluable. I use it with a little lap desk that I have, a halfer keyboard and a wireless 2.4 GHz mouse and it works great, competitive fps gaming at a desktop level unlocked, no more being beaten due to being constrained to a gamepad lolAlso just being able stand the deck up is such a great addition. The unit itself feels sturdy with a bit of weight to it which helps it stay in place complete with rubber feet on the bottom. As well, everything works great with the armor case I have on my deck, and it all fits together nicely.Haven't much to say about the monitor experience yet as I haven't tried it yet but I intend to sooner or later. Just the base experience of having keyboard, mouse and kickstand is well worth the low price. Can recommend this product to any serious steam deck owners.
